Well, yeah you have a point. But for Hasbro/CN or any studio, it's all about the money. I didn't like the stories of UT (well except some of Armada's episodes) and I wish it wasn't made either especially Energon (that was the worst). But what can I say? They just won't care. So I'll just look for the positive side of things.

We all have something to hate in the TF franchise, anyway 'cause it's so huge.

That is very true which is why 98% of the arguments occur on here but also what makes this franchise so great. Something for everyone.

I posted my rant in another fourm, but I'll toss 2 cents worth in here too. I was really hoping if the Bay movie was successful enough, some TV studio would pick up on it and take a chance on a more adult TV series. I get TFA is more for the kids, but heck, my 10 and 7 year olds can't stand it. They can handle this animation for The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy, but not for their beloved bots. Bots should look like bots. My hope would be for CBS, ABC, NBC, or yes even FOX to have taken a chance on a more adult animated Transformers series. I think it would have been a great way to end their animation Sundays on FOX. My 2 cents are gone and so am I.

I'd like an adult animated TF tv series too. But like I said in the other forum, one man's meat is another man's poison. Some adults and kids like it, some adults and kids don't. Just keep your fingers crossed.

This is the key phrase and I agree. I wish they had made them look more like ROBOTS rather than Superheroes. I like the superheroes look quite a bit but just not for my Transformers.

I agree. I loved TF Animated. And I thought Sari was funny. I like her.
    Bumblebee: "I'm Bumblebee"
    Sari: "I'm Sari."
Bumblebee: "Oh don't be, I like my name."
I thought that was the best! Haha!

They always crash on Earth. It's a Transformers tradition.

Your best hope is if Hasboro decides to go into the Direct to Dvd Market like Marvel and DC. Then we could get special movies featuring various generations.

You see... the universe is really shapped like a giant whirl pool, or a drill. Earth is actually perfectly still and the -entire- universe spirals around us. But since the shape of the universe is like a whirl pool or drill, everything drains down to earth.

What? I thought this was tought in basic Science fiction 101! ;)

You know, for once, it would be nice if they simply just came in for a nice soft landing.

As a huge G1 fan myself, I'm loving the animated designs. All the alt modes are as I would have pictured them. I would have loved to see Prime's Cybertron mode more. Bumblebee alt mode is slick. Love the black lines. Prowl motocycle mode is different. And his ninja stars are just a cool touch.

Well it was the MAIN reason they kill almost every transformers in the movie. SO they could get the old ones out and have room to show the new characters/toys. I have nothing wrong with animateds style. I went back and watched g1 the other day. The only real difference is proportions. Animated is more clean and smooth. While g1 is a bit scratchy in its animation. I was lmao when thundercracker sudenly changed to starscream colors. Prime was all blue and yet again starscream was GREEN of all colors thats a new level of badass for starscream I like smaller character casts to instead of 80-90 an episode 6-10 is good. I dont really care about an "adult" transformers series. Kids have always been there main target. The main thing that pisses the hell outa me is that first people complained that the movie designs were to alien and not humanoid enough and oh god of all things know its that animated is to humanoid and not alien enough. Time to go eat yummy crackers.

well, IIRC, they just kinda appeared in Armada, so I guess that counts as a soft landing. But the Minicons crashed, so that sorta cancels it out.
