A dude quoted this on another board. It made the Twins death incredibly badass. Was it really like this?

Yeah,and that idiot bay cut it out of the movie just to make the "Durr,TwIns Is raSist" people happy  

 

Yeah it's in there and the fact that he didn't put it in the movie was quite lame.

That scene would've totally shut those "TWINS R RACIST!!!" people up.

 

Because in case you aren't aware by now, the novel is easily 10x better than the actual film.

Except for the no Mexican Standoff,the fact that 5 dreads just shatter when they hit IH and the fact that Ratchet has LESS lines than in the movie

 

I was glad the Dreads in the movie were a little harder to kill. I was disappointed that in the book, one dies being ran over by Simmon's car.

 

Not to mention the others die just by smashing into Ironhide...

Yeah totally. Since Bay knows everyone hated teh Twins wouldn't killing them off but in a heroic way redeem them.

I thought it was awesome. You didn't put the quote from Skids' death either! Possibly this scene would be in a deleted scenes section in the DVD, if there is going to be one?

 

If I recall Wheeljack also goes down in a rather epic last stand right?

 

Really,Sideswipe and Mirage kill the other two,then 5 new dreads come out of nowhere and get killed by running into Ironhide. Honestly I would have liked for SS and Mirage to distract Crankcase and Crowbar until IH comes

 

Meh,I prefer the execution. It gives Barricade something to do. BTW,one thing bad about the novel is that it doesn't have Barricade  

 

doubtful...CGI scenes cost alot. for that not to be in the OG release and then included..well..its doubtful

 

Bay cut the Twins death scene cause I telekinectically influenced him to not kill them off.

 

well someone on youtube WHO CLAIMS that he saw an early screening of the movie had the Twins CGI and were animated and included their deaths, IF what he says is TRUE then they DID Animated the twins
