Today I noticed that TRU had a lot of new Transformers in stock. I'm wondering if Wal-Marts will also restock this month? I'm going tomorrow to go grocery shopping and wondering if I should look for anything other than Mudflaps. Thank's guys! Kind of getting interested in some classics. What do you think?
Walmart is usually among the LAST to do any toy resets among the major retailers. As of right now, the reset is not due until the end of August (ish, depending on how productive your individual store is). Of course, there are also stores which will throw stuff out as soon as they get it, not caring if it is SUPPOSED to be out or not. If you are going to be there, it never hurts to look, but I wouldn't expect anything for another few weeks.
my walmart has a 3 peg x 3 peg section of RotF deluxes- all Tuner Turdflaps, 3 rows of voyagers (about 4 deep) of nothing but Recon Ironhide and Bludgeon figures. then there's 4 pegs wide space of NOTHING. then one vertical stack of Pegs with Legends. and...that's it. looks bloody awful since it has been that way for almost a month. by the time i see any Generations figs, I will have HighBrow and Terradive on my shelf from BBTS or TRU. they are that bad.
I've heard that they're scheduled to reset toys at the end of this week, but that comment could just have been sparked by the "street date" of August 6 on some of the new Star Wars stuff. Even if they do reset their aisle layouts, there's no reason for me to expect new product to be out, as every single line is stuffed with pegwarmers at the store nearest me.
my Wal-mart just recently got the first wave of HFTD line no sign of generations yet which make me more glad than everi bought the first wave online and its in my pile of loot at BBTS
Well, I've got two Wal-Marts to look at near by. However, I'm pretty sure they'll have the same shit.
The Walmart by me has all the new stuff,STILL ON THE PALLETS! They must be too lazy to want to do the re-set,instead we'll just leave all the shelves bare.Makes sense.
Stopped by my WalMart tonight, nothing but tuner mudflap and deluxe ratchet, and a million scout 2-packs.
Well, my Wal-Mart is in Limbo at the moment. If you live near me, (which some of most probably drove through but blank than missed it) you'd know that my local Wal-Mart is being built into a bigger supercenter. Last time I was there, the TF section was microscopic. Then again, I live between two Wal-Marts, but my business is usually over in the town with the Wal-Mart being rebuilt. The last time I was at the other Wal-Mart I bought Dlx. Skids and Mudflap when they were new. I hope to find new stuff at one of them.
They put all the pallets out on the floor for stocking.I was there the other morning and saw a bunch of the boxes for the new TF's,but they still haven't put them out because they need to re-set the aisles first.
