Another misleading headline to gain readers. He was charged with misdemeanor menacing of the first degree for swinging a chain and making a threat. Yes it was in relation to him making fun of her, but he wasn't simply arrested and jailed for teasing her.

Once again another story that just makes you want to say fuck society's perception of vigilante justice and given that I also am one with special needs I would have smashed that asshole's face in and then would proceed afterward to hugging that poor girl. His kind is another example of what's wrong with this country and it's attitude towards the mentally disabled (though not as bad as the 50s *shutters*) and he's very lucky he's still breathing.
