Did you use Paypal? If yes just contact them and open a dispute... it will be back in your account within a few weeks...

    1. where did you buy it
    2. how did you pay for it
    3. how long has it been since you place the order
    4. has he replied any of your messages.

If you used eBay, put in a dispute. This will force the seller to respond, failing which eBay will usually side with you the buyer. If the seller says "it's on the way, please cancel your dispute, then I will show you the tracking/etc/etc" - DO NOT cancel/withdraw the dispute. Chat with eBay and ask what is their advice. Maybe they can extend the dispute period, or something. If the seller refuses to respond or the time has lapsed, usually eBay will help revert the money back to you.

And finally: Stick to known online retailers like ShowZ, eyou-collection, BBTS etc.

Wrong forum section. There's a separate subforum clearly labeled Transformers on eBay.

Email might be too slow and give you the runaround. Check the FAQ in eBay or look around your eBay dashboard. There should be a button/link to put in a dispute in your transaction. Email will probably ask you to do so anyway. Explain clearly what happened (when you put in the order, your payment method, the amount, how much time has passed), and what results you want (the item, or a straight up refund).

I found this thread years ago and has certainly proven quite useful. Sometimes good sellers go rogue. Other times, things like CNY and government-mandated cordon quarantines are going to delay things longer than usual. I'm still waiting for stuff purchased in late November to clear chinese customs but I'm not worried because my seller's legit and it's not their fault the package didn't make it out in time before the block was placed.

In my case there's been regular contact, just saying that the thread mentioned above is super useful and present-day global issues tend to gum up the process.
