this really came off as a funny piece.

Plus this is something we all knew by know, right?
The script of each movie is just a collection of scenes happening because they look cool. Anyway, it is interesting to see the writer admit that this is how they go about making these things.

I'm waiting for the bluray release before I can say if I'm disgusted with the movie, but I sure can be disgusted by the writer.

 

That's the most annoying thing about the triology to me, i love the movies, all of them. But trying to figure out the storyline, the timeline, the past of the TF really f*ck up my mind

 

Ehren Kruger is a piece of shit. I'd rather they replace him than Bay for TF5

 

I believe it's time to quote Shakespeare. "It is a tale of sound and fury, as told by and idiot, signifying nothing."

 

The only part I agreed with was the last question. If Bay's name wasn't 'slapped on the tin,' there would be a lot less criticism of the elements of the movie at first. The answers are completely bullshit though.

 

His quote pretty much states that everyone involved is throwing logic out the window and that Bay cares more about action scenes that having the script make sense. So when a reboot does come around its time to get rid of everyone involved with this series - if we want the series to improve.

His point about the Dinobots makes sense - originally they planned to set them up for a future film via the opening however those involved with the film are idiots and wanted to force them into this movie - that's why they served no point, did nothing and were not properly explained.

This is hilarious. The guy is a writer! His job is to write a compelling story that makes sense. He's basically saying his job is either pointless or he sucks at it.

I'm happy with the choices made the only thing I'd really change about the way they're approaching these movies would be to have a little more consistency in the Autobot lineup

For a reboot Hasbro should sit down with the producers, writers and director.
And write a story line for a couple of movies.

Serious though. You can have explosions, car chases, and Dinobots what is the point of all three if does not make sense. Good Story makes the film and while bad one destroys the movie. My feeling this writer wants the money and does not care about the franchise.

 

So...why bother writing anything at all? Why pretend to present a story? Just have nothing but robots transforming and fighting. Seriously, I've long thought that these movies would work so much better if they played out like a war documentary...a series of combat footage strewn together, nothing more.

 

I'm flabberghasted that this is a surprise to anyone. That said, this movie definitely needs a new writer on board, and this is proof of it.

 

It almost sounds like Krueger is wanting to point out a flaw in an effort to get a "logical" story told in a sequel, but he completed whiffed. Either that or he's a complete idiot.
