Megatron: I have Animated Leader Megs and Generations Deluxe Megs. Generations is an awesome mold, and Animated isn't bad either, but neither of them feel right, since Generations is too small, and Animated is too big, so I'm hoping we'll get another good Classics Megatron (one that has the proper colors, is Voyager sized, and doesn't turn into a gun).
Starscream: Universe 2.0. It's got a much better color scheme than the awful looking Classics one.

Skywarp: Alternity - For my collection, I consider him a reformatted version after a seeker genocide.

Starscream: None, I am still looking. For awhile, I thought I was gonna get the "Ghost" version and consider him dead (see Skywarp.) But I may either also use the Alternity figure as well, or the FoC figure.

Soundwave: None, probably going to get the Music Label for him.
