Those are some good choices of villains there. It would be good to see Galvatron, maybe not in the 4th movie, but maybe in the 5th or 6th movie.

 

Jhiaxus.

I want the next movies (reboot or sequel) to build up to Jhiaxus and his army, Liego Maximo, and the Swarm.

Unicron has been done. I want to see Jhiaxus. =)

 

Assuming a new trilogy...

- TF4 - Straxus gathers up the remaining Decepticons on Earth into a new army. In a stinger during the end credits, we see Megatron's body glowing and an unknown voice saying "Arise...Galvatron!".
- TF5 - Galvatron, accompanied by new troops Cyclonus, Scourge and a legion of Sweeps (allowing them to save money on CGI by reusing the Scourge model).
- TF6 - Unicron, reduced to roughly the size of the Moon. To allow him to interact with the main cast, give him a smaller 'avatar', like Sideways or the Deluxe Unicron figure in the Cybertron line.

I'm getting ideas about introducing Predacons as a new breed of more violent and primitive Decepticons, created possibly by Decepticon experimentation to be improved warriors. They'd be animalistic in design and behaviour and could include Insecticon-types. They could be the army for a new Decepticon leader.

And i also think it could be interesting to bring in the Animated take on Blackarachnia with these movie Predacons. She could be linked to Optimus in being the Autobot Elita-One formerly and could be responsible for creating the Predacons. I imagine her with a spider-like design mixing characteristics of both Blackarachnia and Elita-One, e.g. four eyes and an E-1-esque head shape. She could make for a conflicted and sympathetic type of villain.

Sure I can go for Galvatron. But if a dead Decepticon is to be revived, at least revive Shockwave and that could be enough

 

Just revive Shockwave and leave Megatron dead.

I personally think the Dinobots would be a good villians. Grimlock wanting to be leader as such and a uneasy truce at the end. With Galvantron showing up as a teaser for 5

 

I personally want Sunstorm and Galvatron as a team... Starscream's crazed clone comes to earth for revenge, and Galvatron as Unicron's extra dimensional avatar.

 

Unicron and have him turn the dead and weakened Megatron into Galvatron
