Krunk - Arms Micron Swerve, he's big he's beefy and he's got a pretty neutral face. Krunk may be a henchman to an evil madwoman but he never really was evil was he.
Yzma - Legends Slipstream(the one using the old gen Windblade), honestly went with this because she's rather skinny plus her animated personality really fits.
Pacha - Prime FE Bulkhead, big bulky gentle giant type
Kuzco - Adventure Override.......well he looks grumpy and he's lanky......I got nothing else.....
