And here come the cancellations...

One of the two Blasters I preordered was cancelled but they're "very sorry they missed the mark." Hopefully ER Bumblebee gets some sort of reissue because I just know that'll be another "uh oh Spaghetti-O" on their part and I should've had a backup order with Takara.

Because they're idiots.

 

Hey mine did too! Then I just went on the Walmart site and ordered one for in-store pickup. Dummies

 

Walmart’s logistics was second only to the DOD. so what’s going on with their eCommerce is some what surprising. I have 4 Walmart’s within 6 miles so I usually don’t bother with their website to know if it’s on par With an Amazon.

Got my Blaster cancelled. Ordered minutes after it went up. Here's hoping I'll find it in stores.

 

I purchased one in store when we went to Walmart. I had a preorder up that Walmart gave me $6.00 discount on, today I was also canceled. F'ers. good thing I picked up a good example in store when I was there. I had to hold it like a little kid, wife's eyes rolling, so she wouldn't damage it before we left the store. "yeah I will check this one out..."(eye rolls).

 

That sums it up.

I feel like someone should create an advert with Goofy saying "H-yuk! Dat's Walmart fer ya!"

 

So here's a question. One of these doesn't put you over the threshold for free shipping. Is WalFart going to charge me a shipping fee if they manage to deliver the one they haven't cancelled yet?

 

They shouldn't since they are the ones who cancelled the product. You should check with their CS.

Here is a better idea, how about we keep a headcount of all the people who haven't had their orders canceled yet.

I'm one of the fortunate ones.

 

I haven't had my orders for Bumblebee, Elita-1, Soundwave or Optimus cancelled as of this moment. (knock on wood...)

 

Soundwave, Optimus Prime, Elita-1, Bumblebee, and the Nemesis spoiler pack (that I tried to cancel and they wouldn't so cs adjusted the price to $0) are all still safe.

I’m in the same boat with a not-quite-cancelled Nemesis preorder: After my second unsuccessful call to CS to cancel, they reduced the price to zero with a credit on that order. It’s still listed as pending cancellation among my orders, and I recently received an email that my Nemesis has been delayed until 11/12 (not cancelled). What do you think the odds are that we both ultimately end up with a free Nemesis? That would be a pleasant surprise for a change.

The only one I haven't had canceled on me was Bumblebee. And honestly, if I never get it? The Classics 2006 toy is still a damned good toy. I legit feel bad for those who can't get the new Bumblebee and don't have another Bumblebee, but for me, I'm still overall set for the little guy.

I ordered Bee, Soundwave, Prime, and Nemesis prime, and a red alert (on accident) and none were cancelled. I ordered within 20 seconds of them going live, before anyone else had posted they were live on the boards, at like 2 till noon, when they all still said "Action Figure" and none have been cancelled.

 

And remember that they were canceling Elitas 2 days after the first preorder. There is just something about Walmart not wanting Optimus' lady to get in the hands of collectors.

 

Would definitely be a pleasant surprise
