That isn't a bad Prowl, if you can get over the way the doors sit under his hands. For $10, Cyber Battalion figures make good toys to let the kiddos fiddle with if you don't want them messing with your fancy, hard-to-replace Earthrise Prowl.

 

See I think $10 for the Cyber Battalion is perfect. I honestly thought about getting that Prowl but I decided against it

 

More consistent? Minerva was released last year. What was her availability like at Walgreens?

 

I think she has yet to actually show up for shipping on their website, just Pulse. She has finally been found in stores, however not in great numbers or areas.

 

That was my impression too. So it's a weird statement that Walgreens 'online orders are more consistent'. If that person means 'because you can't find them', ok but that's hardly ideal. Outside of Cosmos, no Walmart exclusive was that hard to get from Walmart online last year. And even Cosmos people did get if they were fast enough. Thank goodness for Pulse is all I can say.

A lot of people missed out on those because they were exclusives with limited availability, especially online.

 

I was stating that in "general" walgreens online ordering is more consistent and more stable, that you don't have to worry about an online order being canceled unlike walmart...I never once stated Minerva specifically...not even sure where you got where I implied Minerva either...I was quoting your statement with regards to Walgreens losing their exclusivety ML rights to Hasbro, and stating if only Walmart would do the same as well with their TF's and Marvel's exclusives...Also Galaxy shuttle looks like is another one that seems to be just as hard to get as Cosmos, as he hasn't even been spotted at in retail? So yeah...

Absolutely amazing that a 2 year old exclusive is finally hitting stores and is suddenly back in stock online.

Seems likely. Lock downs impacted many business hours, and consumers may not have felt comfortable going out for anything but essentials during that time, and supply chain issues just furthered the matter. The impact for me was tending to an ailing pet during this time and Walgreens was one of the few locations open past 8PM (I was on the clock until 11PM) with the baby food I needed to keep her fed in her final days.

So now that things are leveling off, and freight / shipping is getting back to normal we're seeing these delayed products hitting. Graphics cards, webcams (for the work from home set), and game consoles were also in very short supply in terms of consumer goods at the height of the pandemic. Heck, from what I hear some game consoles are still in short supply.

 

She is out there, gang. I just picked up two for $14.99 each.

In my store, at least, it was in the toy aisle, but not along the side where the “usual” toys are. It was sort of tucked away with the toys that came in during Christmas. It also had an orange clearance sticker instead of the yellow sale tag. I almost missed it.

Most of the boxes had a tear or a crease somewhere…so that might be a bummer.

Edit 2: I should also note that I stopped at 2 Walgreens, and only one had them…so I am not claiming this was like a universal street date or anything.

The wave WIC price was reduced, and because this is lumped into the wave assortment, it's getting a discount. I get that.

However, I wonder if WG is actually shipping Minerva out en masse as we speak, and the existing sale was something they didn't consider, or whether they are just shipping her out here and there to fulfill existing store replenishment orders because they ran out of Arcees to send. That, and if it's the former, whether what is being sent out is just being exhausted before it makes it to stores further east (been told this has happened before).

Like I said earlier, it's killing me as most local stores to me already removed TFs from the planograms, and I think those still with any won't get any more, so I'm not hopeful of seeing her here. That said, if ANYONE in the New York area sees her, please say.
