Reminds me of the Who Would Win Thread, but this is nothing like it, this is toy vs toy, not character vs character, so, this works. A tie.

My take on this battle goes to Movie prime.  
I know... I'm a total G1 fan. I guess just because they gave movie Prime an attitude. Funny thing though. DMK Prime kept falling apart when I tried to pose him. So Faith Leader would totally rock DMK in a "toy story" type fight.
