It's a shame his pipes were inexplicably absent from his animation model, would've been awesome to see them used

 

I never got to see the show, but that really is a shame. I like when Transformers have both blasters and some type of melee weapon.

- it's because there was leftover plastic budget. So they added these accessories after the initial design/concept phase in order to match the budget.

 

Until I can get a full AEC display going I'm just happy to involve a bit of it in my mish-mash G1 collage. I love having Hotshot serve as the young go-getter of the crew. Unfortunately most of my AEC figures were boxed up a long time ago and donated to the neighbors kids who promptly destroyed them, but I have a few good ones left.

 

If anyone has Cybertron/Galaxy Force Blurr, I’m curious: Is he compatible with Legends/Siege Targetmasters?

 

The basic size class was great, and is sorely missed  

 

I can't get to mine easily, but he should be. 5mm ports were standardised by then. As far as I can remember, only Classics Rodimus and Mirage were the exceptions.

Those aren't 5mm, they're way larger. Actually I want you to hold something with a 5mm port on it in your hands and look at the size of those ports and consider how small the toy would have to be for those to be 5mm.

You don't have to be a dick about it. Dude made a bad call in asking about the size of the hole, not everyone can eyeball that perfectly, especially given those aren't THAT much bigger than 5mm across. Maybe 7mm at most.

 

Not at all. The original Blurr mold had minicon pegs on top of the rifles, the GF version is a disaster in terms of play pattern compatibility

Thank you. I was looking at him during a review of SG Blurr and thought if he was Targetmaster-compatible I would get him. Since he isn’t, SS86 Blurr it is then.

 

If you need to buy one Blurr, Takara Legends is far above any other version.

 

I like Animated better.
