Everybody just takes it as an article of faith that the MP Line "will do everybody." Ive not been so sure of that for a while.

I'm well aware they are pacing things to a certain extent. But they are a hugely conservative company and the fact that only Bee of the Awkward Squad (Licensing, who owns what, whatever....) has made it out thus far makes me wonder if they have the stomach to go another 10 years as things are to complete the picture as far as "everyone" is concerned. And how expensive will each release be after another couple of years?

Likely too expensive for my blood. So a decent Skids is truly about all I would call an essential now.

Then I can happily go full time Diaclone and moan about how expensive that is........

    It never ends.

This looks cool, though I'm a bit baffled as to exactly what it is / isn't. Not sure what the Vega was like, though the idea of having all Speccy games at one's fingertips was very saucy... Not sure if this was how it turned out

Man, loved the TF game, also Drac / Vampire?!

    Anyone heard this tune?

    A Paradinas classic!

MP Skids had better come with Car Wash Charlene or there will be hell to pay.

Well, I'm still firmly very much on board the MP train. It still gets me more excited than anything else and despite the fucking bile heaped upon it elsewhere on the boards, I think think it's unquestionably the best and most consistent line we have. Obviously the rising prices are not what I'd want, but compared to some other high end non-TF collectors lines I still don't think they're outrageous. I think if the Brexit pound smash was taken out of the equation I'd be reasonably happy with the price.

Fuck me, a third? After the first two being such disasters I'm amazed anyone would even think about backing this!

Completely agree. I can't see it happening.

I'm backing it, the actual motherboard is already out and working, I totally ignored the Vega rubbish though, this is also meant as a "big " improvement to the original rather than to just play the old games :)

So I read on another site that Smyth's is having a big sale on Voyagers. It looked like they were going for £10

I like the way that news post doesn't tell you what branch the photo was taken in. I have never seen battle core prime at retail.

This has always been my approach and I have never bought a toy without thinking about whether I really wanted it. Just buy the toys you think are going to make you happy on their own merits.

Also @Large - hope you are okay fella. Saw some comments on a previous page that something was up, so hope whatever it is you've come out of it okay :)

Was browsing TFS Express and came across some new Iron Factory pre-orders.....so that's Shockwave and the Seekers pre-ordered :D

Bruticus and possibly the Coneheads will be next, I love having a shitload of characters that I can fit on a single shelf.

I think that was a ref to tonight being Election night in France, and apparently the recent terror attack might have bumped the Far Right ahead again (as intended).

But, yeah, fings crossed for @Large and his home nation (and ultimately all of us this high tide for the Far Right needs stemming, down with this sort of thing!).

Anyone know how using a hair dryer gets rid of stress marks, got one on Downbeat's inner thigh from me trying to remove his foot off a mushroom peg (unsucessfully).

Wouldn't have bloody happened either if they had just painted the feel and shins instead of using swirly ass silver plastic!

STEAM FROM A KETTLE SPOUT! Much less risky than a hair dryer which can melt the plastic!
