They aren't really figures where you would choose one over the other

I have THS G1 Prime, and he is wonderful in robot mode. Looks the part and can be posed brilliantly.
Truck mode is not pretty though.
So yeah as a figure its amazing, not that good a transformer though.

A similar thing happened to me with CW Air Raid from Amazon.com.

I shipped him via standard shipping and received him within 2 days.

In other news - what are peoples thoughts on the new MP Ironhide pictures? After some better pics of his face, he looks like a right miserable bastard! Love it.

I'll almost certainly be getting him as how on earth could I choose an unknown 3P (Voodoo) over Takara? But I must admit some of the pictures make him look a little... off.

The torso looks wrong from the front, like it has no sides or something.

    Happy Birthday Napalm!

I think it's the most "off" MP thus far. There were things I didn't like about Magnus but aesthetically most of him was ok. There is a lot about IH that I'm really not interested if they took directly from a couple of frames of cartoon, it looks awkward to just plain bad. The legs look like they will be really limited by the crotchplate and the whole waist area just looks likes its floating forward for no good reason. It goes for Cartoon where it doesn't need it, and ignores it where it should reference it.

And that face/head. Fuck. DX9 can do a decent Ironhide on a bloody legends figure, there isn't much excuse for TT at MP size.

If this is what the pursuit of "Cartoon Accuracy" leads to then fuck it - I'm out. Really out. Thank frig for Tracks, and that's not something I would ever have thought I would be saying.

There's one thing on THS G1 Prime that I really wish they'd carried over to MP-10 Prime. And that's the steering on Roller!

Surprising no, I didn't have them.
I need to update my list of all the Micromaster I have. Almost thought I needed Hot House instead of Airwave.

I looked at that thread, posted one comment and immediately had someone quote me as if I was talking to them. *sigh*.

Better to stay in this thread.

The crotch plate appears to have hinges so the panels look like they will fold forward to allow better forward leg movement.

I wasn't staring at his crotch, honest!

The more I look at MP Ironhide the more I can't wait for for Maketoys and MMC get their MP and Reformatted stuff out.

    Hello mate! It's been a while :)
Tracks looks fantastic, I'm with you there. MP Ironhide not doing it for me yet, either.
I think Maketoys Reflector is the thing that grabs me the most right now.

    And happy birthday Napalm!

Looking at MP Ironhide I really don't like it. But I did see something I mentioned in that news thread.

    Oooh, quoting myself. Get me.

Here's a quick and nasty Photoshop of what I'm talking about.

If you tell me that the one on the left doesn't look immediately 10 times better then I'm calling you a liar with blinkers on charging headlong into a wall with your head down.
