Scuba, you're seriously in need of a properly scaled Rewind.

Man, when are pre-orders up for that 3P Tailgate and Cyclonus body parts? I know we shouldn't pre-order 3P because it's a hole we're digging for ourselves, but that's one set I really really don't want to miss.

    Awesome pic Optimushed!

Starting to wonder when the MP Ironhide pre-orders are going to go up, getting itchy fingers, and isn't it about time we saw pics of MP Ratchet?!

Having a quiet night in after a couple of heavy nights out, sitting here with some craft beer and watching Arrival From Cybertron for the umpteenth time. Classic. I love it how Sparkplug and Bumblebee think they can take on Thundercracker and Skywarp... and BOOM! They just blew up the ruby crystal mines of Burma. Shit just got real.

There's a hobby mag out this weekend, a show too and there's been talk of more Ironhide and beyond from both (no idea on specifics). I'd imagine Ironhide must be close to going up for preorder soon.

Also for those interested that oversized KO Superion is now complete finally. Silverbolt looks to be the best of the bunch too although he's not quite as big as I hoped he'd be. Sirtoys have the whole set in stock for $60. Now the wait to see if the oversized Diesel/Motormaster makes it.

Edit - actually I've just seen pics of Silverbolt. He's fucking huge considering the limbs are roughly MP11 sized.

WAT. I thought that was £90 for Gravity Builder, not £90 for each component... yeah probably a disaster.

Saw that at TFCon last weekend. Was tempted but passed.

Still need to sort through all my stuff from it.

Oh cool, cheers. I'll definitely keep an eye on the news over the weekend.

Not a fan of those designs, they look a bit Keith. I can't imagine too many people going for them at that price after Hercules, Giant, Hasbro CW Devs, and Takara UW Devs, especially from a new 3rd party company.

    Fucking amazing.

Lot's of emotion in that pic....and they're toys.
    Well done.

If they weren't dwarven proportioned I would of too. £90 each is insane.

    Cheers dude.

Funny thing is i hadnt thought to put them together until Kit mentioned it. Despite loving MTMTE i hadnt seen anything other than Headmasters Anime Chromedome in this toy (a melodramatic, boastful hero type full of burning justice) but he actually works really well with this Rewind who might now have to switch to his included IDW styled head for a bit.

Still see more of the guy who was the 3rd guy to pull Arcee in the cartoon in this toy though. He just oozes that guy.

He can sit (albeit cross-legged)? I'm in.

(Which Rewind is that, by the way?)

Apu is baking in the sunshine. My beer keeps evaporating as soon as I open the bottle. Tch...replies to follow soon, honest!

No, but the Ant Wars (for the Royalty!) have begun again and yesterday two of these giant American fuckers ran right up my trouser leg.

Then (for the first time ever) I had ants in my pants.

It was not as much fun as advertised.

Argh, Keith! But looks so nice....and that's how Keith gets 'em. Bah.

There's the G1 (antlesspants), the FOCdisc, the Nonnef (I think), the TFCC (pricy) and the Keith....what else? Isn't there a Legends one on the way, perhaps to go with Titan Wars Blaster next year? I'm sure I've missed at least one...

Fakebuster, not Nonnef, sorry! Have been keeping an eye on it, does look cool! Wasn't sure which size Chromedome I'd be going for, what with having the Renderform MTMTE head an all that. But that was before the Cupolagasm. Which seems to be a push-all-your-other-stupidly-expensive-toys-back-a-month sort of thing. Last time that happened it was Warden. And the Überthread has done this:

(Look at Rodimus just standing there like a bell-end, the ponce! :) )

(Super-excited by new MTMTE as well, but I refuse to look at the previews as I want to get it all in one blast...)

Edit: Transformers #43 was fantastic. Stories about our old favourite characters, as characters, and still further, as themselves, with proper science fiction too; this is why I loved the Mosaic one-pagers as soon as I saw them. (Dee' knows what I mean.) Go Barber!

Not doing the Badbugs (wrong vibe suddenly) or FT Percy (my CHUG one is second only to Brawn in his shelfdiving ways, and looks like a vulture about to shit, yet IMIHMBAPBCIRANSHO he is more facially IDW (in a really really rubbish way but still) than the welcome-everywhere-except-within-one-hundred-yards-of-schools FT effort, and has survived every tumble with not so much as a scratch. I fear the FT QC, and his eyes, those eyes those eyes)

and in fact am done with FT after Smile and Pirouette (but Go Team! to everyone who does like/want/need/deserve these figures) but MT Visualisers look fantastically insidious, like Max (not Maz) looked deep into their ruby eyes and tamed them with the magic trick....but only for a bit. And they followed him home, and walked out the front door, and when he called after them one looked back at him, once.

(He burned his wolf suit the next day.)

Yeah...still MP and 3P and CW, oh my! (But not the MT Cyclonus kit, he looks shit, like a drenched cat with one ear who knows how shit it looks and hates itself for it.) I guess I'm either refining my tastes, or getting enabled like a Japanese reactor and blaming the wind when my rubber tail knocks something off the table. Oh well.

Also I drunk-ordered DOTM Autobot Ratchet (R) Lunar Crawler. I had no memory of doing so until it turned up today. I blame NASA. Brilliant flybys of Pluto (which is TOO a frelling planet, melon farmers!) and Charon? Nice possible-Earthlike, in the Goldilocks Zone....but 1400 light years away? Yeah. Cost me nearly six of the Earth credits; my task now is clearly to attempt to have some fun with it....
