I do have WarHawk and while it isnt "destroy with fire and nevr speak of it again" bad after a month of living with it it is a floppy mess of disappointment. i wont be buying the follow on bits as a result. I would offload it but I'M sure everyone is too canny about it's "issues" to want to take it off my hands.

Lets call it a lesson learned that not every 3P start-up is ready for the big time.

I have both the red one and the blue on (in fact I did an in depth review of the blue one) and have to say, neither had blue heads, the heads on both of them are in fact silver.

Erector - yeah, um, the break ended up being four days in the New Forest, wiping snow out of my face, shivering so hard I couldn't hold a sandwich, staring at horses and talking with Mrs IronicHide about how, if we hadn't done this, we could have spent the week in our lounge watching Breaking Bad and drinking good coffee. So, mixed, I guess.

Regarding Beast Wars watch-through - I'll catch up as soon as possible, although today is catching up with, you know, work in exchange for money.

Ah right, cheers for the correction, I never did own them. I just remember being really disappointed that the red one didn't have a red head!

    All the best

Sounds a lot like my 'holiday' mate. Particularly the last bit.

I can second this - it's just bloody awful. Loose joints all over the place (floppy head, wings don't stay up). The plastic quality felt poor but that could have been down to it being a proto. Either way, I'd urge people to avoid it all costs, and I haven't done that since Grand Patriot and DOTM Voyager Ironhide.

When do you all think Beast Hunters will arrive in retail?

Not for a while. I think May was the earliest I'd heard.

Some import shops have seen some turn up.

As an average, note the date a toy turns up in the US, then add six months. That's when we see it. (Unless it's Windcharger or TFP Megatron, tee hee hee.)

Haha it's similar to another hobby of mine Beyblade which is also by HasTak the new wave seems to take forever to arrive in comparison to the US

I'm not sure if this has been mentioned before but the Super Tesco in Gallions Reach Beckton has the 2013 Botshot Optimus Prime and Bumblebee with launchers. These are the new style flip or spin style botshots.

A quick ebay search shows 50 or 60 notes.

    Because it was requested

Megabolt doesn't plu in as such, he fits but he's just perched on top really.

Spent an hour stickering him up earlier and due to the size of some of the stickers it's a pain in the arse, you don't need tweezers, you need forceps!

*sigh* I am sooooo looking forward to Prowl and Bluey.

My love for Alternators died long ago, but damn if I didn't always love the way Smokescreen looks with the BT arming kit launchers. They were such a bitch to find that I never managed it, and it made me sad.

Heck if it's a bad suggestion then dump away, I won't be offended!

I'm mulling over whether to sticker up Fort Max or not. I'm not the most co-ordinated of people at the best of times and it's a rather expensive mistake if/when I screw it up...

A bit odd that there are still no Smokescreen pictures. I'm guessing either licensing problems or the mould is being altered slightly. Either way, I can't wait, either. Sidealert didn't grab me like those 2, awesome as they are.

Well Smokescreen is a later release and will probably have a remoulded bumper.
