Nah you want the Arms Micron version for that.

Why the fuck the Micron wasn't a drill is beyond me.

    Also, Shard dispatched by C&C.

Someone on the thread for this toy drilled out the ports because they were worried that the pegs were already a bit short and didn't want to make them looser. Have you got that issue? Just wondering which to do, as filing the post is a lot easier than scooping out the inside of the port.

I dunno. It still seems weird that you'd do a Commander class and Masterpiece of the same figure close together. There's definitely going to be crossover there where one canibalises sales of the other.

Then again, I never got the thinking behind doing Masterpiece Skyfire so close after Siege Jetfire, so what do I know?

Part of me is wondering if the motormaster head can be adapted in any way to be a bit more movie galvatrony. Legacy has basically stripped the value of this guy, even being the UW version.

Also Bombusbee tend to be quicker at getting stuff to you, also, partly since they don't have to wait for custom-made boxes for things...

ShowZ always post everything individually, whereas Bombusbee will sometimes wait for all of an order to be ready which can delay things - but also make the P&P less.

I want both of them! :)

No, the connection's very solid even after filing them down. And then I glued them in anyway! :)

Not necessarily, there's an opportunity for a Hasbro-side led PMOP to offer a distinctly different flavour figure if they derive from the Western media material, limited as it is to mostly comics, and animated appearances in commercials (and some variously-sized animatronics/puppets!) which have a more hench look to the animation model for Ginrai/God Ginral.
I don't think I'm alone in being totally unmoved by the MGP but likely being all over a decently chomky Generations PMOP.

As long as it was all shiny and could be Super Ginrai as well, I concur.

Yeah, I presumed that would be the case. It's one of those things I logically know to be true, but perception overrides my stupid bloody brain.

Not saying it's the next commander or even coming soon just that they absolutely will do it again in generations at some point.

Same, I'm not blown away by it, especially for the money and bearing in mind it'll probably be another ton on top for God bomber.

Ok, I'm stumped. Anyone got ANY idea what this bit is for?

It's on all of the Seekers, but only on their right arm. Doesn't tab into anything for transformation that I can figure out, the hole isn't the right size to hold a null ray (though I think it'd be weird looking anyway!). Just really odd and superfluous. Anyone know what it's for?

Are there any Cassette bird droids in this line? Looks ideal for perching!

Yeah, ok, this is happening. Just have to gut the innards of that head and it'll slot into the combiner head ball nicely. With no physical alteration to motormaster required. Then just to decide to leave as is, or paint the outer helmet gunmetal.

Hmm, that's actually a really good shout. I wonder if the arms are just standard issue ones shared with other moulds, such as Soundwave. That would explain it, I guess!

It's a much better guess than anything I've been able to come up with :D

    Yes.

    That's it!

Thank you - it was going to drive me utterly insane wondering.
