Give TRU.com a try. I'm sure that they had Grimlock on there. It works out at around £25 shipped.

I got my Soundwave from there just before xmas and that's what he cost me.

Yeah, I went with SAL and it cost me £7.25 to ship from Japan. And - Royal Mail take note - it cost twice as much to ship two sets together, and so cost about the same to ship them seperately or combined. Thats pretty good, and puts the pre-rape price at about £32.50 for the set.

I just picked up and put together these little guys:

Who I call: BumbleBee, CherBeeCoke & GummyBee

Best $6 I ever spent! Such cool little guys.

Shame they only came with 2 screws so gotta get another for GummyBee.
Just used a bit of Araldite to hold the feet section together and the rest is just put together after removing from the part tree and trimming with a Stanley knife.

They are completely out of scale with other WST toys (they are as tall as soundwave) but still cool.

Unless the UK wave assortment is different to the US one, the Bruticus wave should have had one of each member, so only Vortex being left must mean that some people are buying the individual members and just don't like him.

That's what I thought at first, but my local TRU had 2 Vortex's and none of the other members. Now i'd understand if it was a couple of Vortex's, and maybe one of the other members remaining, especially since Onslaught is considered to be a poor mold, as is Blast Off. I'm just wondering whether they've broken up the cases between the smaller TRUs (mine isn't that big at all) similar to what they do at Argos. They did have a shed load of FoC Prime and Jazz, on both the American and Europe card backs.

A couple of week's back, the larger TRU's were getting an influx of stock which didnt sell over christmas in thier smaller pop up stores. So the stock was being redistributed to the bigger TRU's to shift.

    So that may explain it.

I got them from Heero at www.heerotoys.com it's $6 including postage. I thought I was just going to get a single sheet of yellow bits but it came with 3 sheets one black one red and one yellow and 2 screws.

hmm another free listing weekend...might relist a few bits from last time and one or two new things, but wait for March for the majority as I'll be away the back end of next week.

Well, seeing as it's made of a trasparent plastic, I tend to call them Ghost versions. ;)

Thanks for that. I may give them a go!

EDIT: Just had a look and it seems they have gone up to $10 each. After looking at them I may plump for the Soundwave too.

The ready made ones are $10, the DIY ones still on the sheets are $6, I've just emailed the guy to see if you normally get all 3 colours for $6 or if it was because I had put in a big order.

Soundwave is a nice one got one of him too in the order, and most of the seekers, already had his Skywarp so got Thundercracker, Dirge, Ramjet, Sunstorm and was supposed to get Starscream and Acidstorm, but he sent me G2 Starscrea and G2 Ramjet instead, so have emailed him about that.

Dirge and Ramjet feel a little cheaper than Thundercracker, not sure how but they do, also Thundercracker has a slightly metallic plastic.

Also got Ravage, who fits snuggly in soundwave's chest, though not tried getting him out yet.

I dunno why you'd choose pre-assembled over not, especially at an extra $4 a pop. Building things yourself is fun!
