Core Red Tape I was expecting, but I thought that was to go with Core Blue Tape, who we already have (or would if he wasn't such a boojum). Perhaps I need more caffeine!

Frenzy could still be a new Bayverse Core but I also can't see Hasbro not milking that mould for every potential Deco.

Still a bit miffed I prevaricated on snagging an AM Xaaron, he's a great size to go with the WFC Impactor bod!

Very humble haul for me from minicon, didn't realise it would be quiet THAT mini but nice to see folk and a day out at least. There just wasn't much I was after but Blackarachhnia was a bargain for a fiver and after rotorstorm enabled me on hotshot I'm quite smitten with the wee yellow devil.

Glad I brought the sprog as was something different for him and he picked up an energon prime from toyfu which he was desperate for to combine with his energon omega. I was impressed with him finding that nugget with his last fiver too, good price and can't fault his taste.

 

My Hasbro Coreclass kinda sized Diceling Red Dragon arrived.
I like him/her there were a couple of hinges I had to floor polish but other than that it's good about 50% more mass than a Core class (more like a scout really) and decently painted for the most part. I hope they add the owlbear to the sale too.

I also got my Hasbro Wreckers Bulkhead, He's O.K.
Though quite why he's decorated like a Japanese Exclusive version of Movie Hound remains a mystery to me.

I'm tempted to buy a second one just for the weapons.

I also got a Fortnite figure (yeah I know bit weird) I'lll show why when I can take a photo.

They keep re-releasing Minibots in places like Hot Topic, with zero promotion of them, and not once does it occur to people to repaint them or rename them or make them holiday colours... I find that weird to be honest.

But yellow Warpath is on the same bus route as my thoughts on that it seems.

I keep a look out for 2nd Hand Energon Drones at Car Boot sales as I would like to be able to do the Machine Robo thing with the drones. for which I will need four of them.
More of a long term fun idea than something I want to chase on eBay though.

More Minicon hauls and tales please, I need to live vicariously through you guys!

@Napalm and @IrnBro did you guys make it in the end?

Kids always get amazing finds, glad to hear he had a good time!

 

I'm quite sure it will be milked like a million cows, for Hasbro to refrain would be quite un-herd of!   

Unless we really are getting "MV6 Rumble" and "MV6 Sunstreaker" and they're both Beeformers based on unused designs.

Which I would find rather amusing (and buy the Heck out of), but it does seem less likely than the alternative!  

 

Last minute addition to the March hauls, met my sister in law for iftar and she gave me this weird recoloured Thunderbird 4 KO for my birthday!


Every time I get a new mainline toy, I always wish they would release them in alt mode, but in the case it's the alt mode that the main thing so it's cool to have that to transform him into.

I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong, in the transformation, but it does feel like so holding together rather tentatively, like I've had to force it all to clip in.

All is forgiven though, because opening doors!

 

That's cool - but why would a Cybertronian vehicle have doors?

 

To load cargo? To carry smaller guys? Some third reason?
