Ordered Mekaneck on Feb 10th for £32, it was supposed to arrive within a week but is delayed.

Ordered a second one for £40 on the 17th and it arrived

I'm gambling on the leaked upcoming SS Rumble & Frenzy being the toy deco colours I want, instead of Rumble (Blue)'s 'Tooney Lilacs that I don't care for, and if I'm wrong about that I can stick with the WFC Frumbles I already have that already are.

Fell down the Hama Run J-hole again today so I am late posting the senator's shoulders, painted before I got preoccupied last night!

I checked the Seibertron gallery & it turns out the original E-Hobby's shoulder stickers were pretty much monochrome simplified versions of Skids so not as much of a faff as Skids but still a faff. A worthwhile faff though, brings a bit of the classy black & silver onto the arms, and blends those pins a bit.

In terms of my March Transformer hauls, it might only be MP Hound. However, we've been full of random extra things to improve the photography, including this gang:

Holo matter avatars? Partners? Mech Pilots? I'm not sure where I see the story going, it was more about just making the shot work.

Speaking of which, does this work better? Less blur on the bots in the back, but some stuff at the their feet at the front. Still trying to work out this forced perspective stuff:

Crashbar is of course fab. I think the Junkionisers work better than anything in this vein since the Titan buddy-bots.

Normally I complain about clear-plastic Scout-sized Studio "Deluxes", and then buy them anyway. In this case however, I heard good things about Riseformer Bee...and they were true!
The clear plastic is all separate pieces as with the Studio Series Wreckers, rather than whole sections being molded in clear and then partially painted, and the rest of his plastic feels nice and thick.

As Bumble is my favourite Transformer (if you can't bee-t 'em, eh?) I couldn't resist....I like the look of Battletrap too, but not at nearly 40 bob! Scourge I'm not sure about.
The cat and the birb look nice, but I think they'll end up on discount.

It may make you feel a little better to learn at least one of the folks who took a punt on him got their order cancelled, so stock may have been very limited!

I was all about to defer delivery of the Baroness & her B.A.T. due to their ETA of Monday now but on consulting my rota it appears that I can have a Happy Monday as my return to work is belated due to the shift patterns, fly, my pretties, FLY!

Was it about a month or so ago now? Some SS listings dropped that included some (SS Sunstreaker among 'em IIRC) that appeared to be mislisted Bay MVs numbering when they are likely SS86, try a word search for "Sunstreaker" in the Spec and/or SS found listings news threads?

 

At the price I couldn’t continue walking, if it’s any consolation I did take him off the bubble to inspect (was opened and stapled back to the card) part of one of his clear plastic hinges is broken (part is still there but still quite sad to see) despite the bargain price
