Yeah, pretty much. As I added in an edit, the car's pretty good (although the Universe legends has it beat for alt-mode), the robot mode is good (and like you say, the best-looking Wheelie we've had), and the transformation is surprisingly interesting. If it was another character I'd really like it, which isn't at all fair on the toy. It's not it's fault it was made into Wheelie, and it's a better toy than the character deserves. I'm sure if it was up to the toy it'd have been Jazz or Tigertrack...

There is no denying it, transforming hound was an absolute ordeal. It's all panels that just fold back and forth on each other. There's no solid parts.
I think I finally understand why people buy two of each toy, one for each mode... It's going to be a while before I transform him again!

Regarding Wheelie, I’ve got both the SS86 version and the TR one - and the TR one is definitely the better toy!

Finally managed to get some risers, and display is starting to take some shape and be a little more cohesive.

 

I’m heading over there in an hour or so. I’ll be wearing a blue camo jacket and a carnation. If you see me please wink and say ‘The geese fly to Moscow tonight’.

My March arrivals are actually really small, literally lol

Waspinator, Gigawatt, Cruellock, and that’s it. Since none of the expected IDT preorders have arrived March is pretty sparse, might get a few choice grail purchases with the birthday cash, but they will probably arrive April so unless IDT or my ex surprises me I think that’s my monthly haul
