FYI for the MOTUly Crew, avoid Tradeinn/Kiddinn like the plague. I ordered 3 figures and they cancelled 2 and so I paid £9 postage on just one. I complained and have had the story change ten times over also including answers to questions I didn't ask. They're STILL doing it even in the PayPal dispute. They're even claiming I cancelled the order myself. Absolute scumbags.

 

Just a ballache to PO a figure in good faith and to be dicked around in such a way.

I also picked up a cheap (£30) Blitzwing from Smyths.

Siege Jetfire - I think it’s a cracking figure and toy. I do not own the Generations one to be able to make a comparison. I know it scales shorter and the sculpt does differ. Here is a bunch of photos I have of Siege Jetfire. Bear in mind that if you do go with him he does scale to a similar height as the CW Combiners.

Totally agree with this. You can always go the fan mode that shortens his height

As to how much standard Seekers cost on release - no idea! I only bought my first IF figure in December.   Maybe @Napalm can advise?

 

Got this background in a Marvel Legends pack but I've got two and only need one, might be useful for a display or photography? 1:12 scale so it would work with all sorts below that too and it's about 15 inches wide. Yours for the cost of postage or getting recycled tonight!

I remember spending the entire hour that my folks took to do the weekly shop in Asda just looking at the rows of TMNT figures, inspecting the box art, the character bios...

 

I'm also tempted to get that foot soldier. When turtles were hard to get hold of, it was the only turtles toy I had, and I remember hiding it in my sock drawer on Christmas Eve, lest Father Christmas see it and decide "right, he's sorted for turtles toys, he doesn't need anymore".

Well, it worked, because the next morning I got the wind-up Mikey, Donny and Raph toys.

I need to do an updated shot with G2 Sandstorm and Ghost Starscream in there.

Given the popularity of the Seekers it's strange Iron Factory haven't rereleased at least some of them as it's easy money. I know they don't usually rerelease much but the DJD have got another run so the original 3 Seekers and the Coneheads surely deserve another shot?

 

Yup, I remember thinking if I stared at something long enough it would be bought for me!

Santa was a fool, I still have some of the letters I left for him! They were typewritten and everything!

I think Splinter was my first toy, then Foot, but it might have been the other way round.

 

Oh Christ, that triggers a very vivid memory, we didn't go to Asda often as we didn't have one in our town, but we went to the Leamington one when I was probably 10 or 11 or so, and in the reduced section they had the TMNT Footski/Sewer Snake Boat, it had already been opened but it looked complete so I begged my Mum to get it for me, she eventually relented as it was marked down, and when I got home it was missing the stickers and a few small accessories I was gutted.

I have one now, with the contents sealed, I'm not exactly sure what I'm waiting for, but one day I'll crack it out.
