If I could be bothered, I'd look for a gif of a robber carrying off a bag of thunder with Hasbro's name on, though. 1 deluxe and the "pocket money" figures...

:lolol  They're totally gonna drop the listings for the two Buzzworthy Deluxes so I'm gonna have to punt full RRP to secure a Hound after having already splurged on Sales Goodies!

Does anyone have an original Cybertron Override they no longer want?

The legacy one is great but it also makes me want the original again

Smirky face used at last! Also Twincast looks like Hermes.

    Fnv3eVlXoAYISdJ.png

Garish enough to be G2 Blaster, which is what I figure he is, as it's chronologically later than JG1.

    20230130_205223.png

Gilded youth! Practically has curls. Needs a cherub peeking out behind his leg. Jaw to the floor too, natch. Was not expecting that!

Welp. I could pretend I'm notta buy both of 'em, but I'ma buy both of 'em. Well done Hasbro!

Super long day tomorrow anyway, am glad now don't have to watch the stream. Hurrah!

As another threadizen has noted in the news post, it's amusing that Twincast, the more stoically depicted character has the smirk from Blaster in TFTM's Battle for Autobot City scene, and Blaster himself ends up with the stoney face!

:lol  Perhaps shall just have to headcanon that by the time of G2, Master Twincaster-Blaster has got his groove back and is once more cracking wise and grooving to the vibe.
Nooooooo! Have likewise splurged while the splurging was good! Do not want to order anything at all, as the goated python said when the dessert menu came.

Indeed, i also won't be upgrading from my tr custom, partly because of the pretender shell he fits in. But if i didn't have that custom, i would totally be on with this. Wouldn't have realised it was a cyclonus retool if you hadn't have said, but yeah, i can see it in the shoulders.

And Hatchet. We haven't had an in hand picture of hatchet. So lets get hatchet shown off tomorrow.

Oh, if they drop hatchet tomorrow that's a buying. Like you, I've had a splurge but its the last mainline figure i need to finish. Can't miss him.

    Hatchet.:confused2

Biggest dunce award goes to me this evening, nothing wrong with my copy of Tarn the purple antenna had fallen onto the carpet. Dropped my sharpie while touching up the Stunticons and saw them bundled together under the computer desk.

He’s now in his rightful place :)

I'm really going to have to get Glacialord...

I often think it would be nice if they made EZ/Legion/Legends class stuff of everything.

It's a bloody awful Rosanna if it is! :)

I think Twincast might be the only character in the whole of Transformers I give less of a shit about than Blaster. I know he was wanted, though, so glad he's on the way.

Ooh. Looks good, and we know the mould is top-notch (although wasn't the Toy Version supposed to be very loose?). Seems to be using that Legacy plastic again, but certainly better than I was expecting!

The Cores were the bit I was interested in!

Glad it was all okay after all! Well, for you & Tarn, if not Megatron...

Suppose it can work as that, especially since at this point in the timeline Headmasters and Masterforce are in the past (crazy to think that the far future Victory is only set two years in the future now!)

It's also my rationale for using Soundblaster as G2 Soundwave. Plus black repaint = edgy like Venom (even if he was from 1984) = 90s extreem!

Goodness me, is Victory really set so soon? Might be a good time-jaunt for Hot Rod, Kup and Blurr as it's barely any futher from their home in 2006 than it is for them to visit the present day.

Mindset does have an air of great patience, doubtless from long endurance of mockery. Odd he was scorned as he's rather spiffing!

Got Hailstorm first as saw his face in a Seibertron gallery and was hooked, then Mindset because he looked so amiable, like a great tame ape. I think he cost me ten pounds.

Uhh, would you like to buy the space dog thing from UT Peru Kill?

Edit: I failed and quoting. Someone, earlier today, was asking to be tempted by 3P stuff; this is my response to whomever that was.

Edit, edit: Twincast is looking fine. The shoulders on Metalhawk are distractingly Cyclonus; I get it’s a retool.

Looking at this again my brain decided that Tarn was voiced by Alan Bennett. I'm pretty sure that's canon now, it's a bold directorial decision that's not going anywhere.

IIRC Alex Milne commented a few times that his pick for Tarn would be Keith David, which is a whole bunch of yes imo. He namely voiced Barricade in the 2007 movie tie in game to give a decent point of reference among many other roles :)
