Absolutely. One of the very few photos of me I haven't destroyed through shame is with the actual Chorlton model. :)

As much as Fiona is confusing me I can't help but think... darn if they put that much effort into Pretender Shells how nice it would be, not that they ever put that much effort into Transformers (in terms of surace details).

Well I bought Cyberpunk 2077... and I really remain quite unsure if I like it or not still.

    Posted this before but...

I Got to visit and spend a day at Cosgrove Hall (Dangermouse/Duckula...ect) before it closed - They were making 'Rotten Ralph' and 'The Animal Shelf' at the time. They were in the process of a CGI Version of Dangermouse but it never happened.

It was one of the best days ever! They had the Models of Chorlton and Co Wind in the willows and more in a display case near the entrance..The sculpting and detail on those were amazing. They even had a vintage Star wars Arcade Machine in the Canteen too!

    I am totally stealing that!

You knwo what? I seem to find myself having more fun playing with The Fallen than I did with Star Saber. I love them both but huh. Didn't expect that to happen.

@Xaran Alamas I want to reply to that big Thirteen post you did earlier but I've just finished a 476 page report for work (yes, tis a late one tongiht. The joy of deadlines) so I'll do so tomorrow. Remind me if I (most likely) forget.

Now to faceplant in a pillow. Good night all.

I played through it on release, and thought that - ignoring the (blatantly) false advertising, the (many) bugs, the (oh so many) glitches, and the (woeful) technical shortcomings - it was... alright. It was a reasonably okay videogame.

Admittedly I don't like Cyberpunk as a genre, and think The Witcher III is one of the most overrated games of all time (great characters, good world, some decent writing*. But a very mediocre game underpinning it all). I enjoyed it, as an overall experience, but the plaudits it receives are baffling (well, not that baffling from certain quarters, but...).

*All of which were taken from the source material, not from CDPR.

Well, they can move a bit horizontally but I suppose that's not suitable for what you described, hmm. Can't say it's bothered me though.

    Hehe no worries. Sleep well!

Edit: If anyone could please pick me up one of them £12 Tarantulas in Smyths I'll be happy to pay cost plus postage come the 8th! Thanks.

Those £5 Mike Ghastly vouchers came in handy after all, and FYI, their guy at the desk was not only claiming Hasbro has said GAME is the place to buy their products at the moment, but that they're having a sale next week

In his words GAME did a 'massive bulk buy from Hasbro'. Make of it what you will.

    So this isn't the sale?!
I'd say I need to save up for next week, but if it's discounts from these prices, they'll be paying me to take stuff away!

Well, Leeds was a washout for purchases, found a £45 Creatures Ollide box and Galaxy Shuttle in Sports Direct but already have them. Scourge eludes me

Forbidden Planet had the Legacy Core Slug for £15 and got to say, he doesn’t look worth the money, little bugger is legends sized and priced at what a deluxe was a couple of years ago? Get stuffed with that.

Hoping Sheffield will be better tomorrow, may get Tonkanator from Game or go to Rails of Sheffield to get one of those Thunderbirds model kits that Bachmann have imported and reissued. Eyeing up the Thunderbird One or launch bays as they look great diorama pieces

Slightly almost tempted by those two cheap SG lads, but I've a feeling they may end up yellow... Soundwave most likely, anyway

It's entirely possible he's right, because I was in two GAME stores today and the merch was literally all over the shop. There were two Collide sets (sadly £45) by the PS5 games for instance, an entire aisle display for Star Wars, another for Marvel Legends, they had Armada Starscream at £30 nestled amongst I Like To Tonk It Tonk It... I wouldn't be surprised if Mike got so much product that warehousing costs were now his issue. I mean the figure selection was insane in both stores, kicking the shite out of Smyths even at their best.
