He isn't going to convince anyone who isn't a fan of the movie aesthetic (possibly the most Bayverse of Bayverse designs) and he was a meh villiain in an objectively bad movie (I don't mind it though) but this toy is great. Flawed, but great.

This design in plastic reminds me of 90's Kenner, specifically Aliens.

Bonus Soda. She would laugh in The Fallen's face and give him a bop on the ankles.

 

I believe Morg (@Genetic) has posited Rumble will propagate, whereas Ironhide seems to have been clusterfudged a bit by getting out in dribs & drabs to etailers whilst also weirdly slamming straight to discount at some lucky few Toymasters, could he crop up in GAME shortly at this rate? Who knows?!
