Fingers crossed it eventually shows up even so, as happened with the final packages I sent with them of stuff I sold to two threadizens which they ultimately said were lost.
After I had refunded the threadizens of course... fortunately they were both reasonable sorts who refunded my refund to me when the thing showed up.

They are a-holes! Three parcels I’ve got from ShowZ have been released from customs and handed off to Evri yesterday. I won’t deny I’m a little nervous given how they took your parcel and have either lost or stolen it. This is the trouble nowadays nobody steps up and takes ownership or responsibility for their actions. I’d get crucified in my line of work. I have no opportunity to pass the back or deflect on to others. Makes my blood boil. Put in a complaint to them Brendan. Let that play out.

 

I'm definitely in for the rumoured Silverbolt, and look forward to seeing what an updated Tigerhawk looks like. BW mad energy and how cool/odd some designs look is a big factor in whether I pick them up.  

I know I seem to say this about pretty much every new truck mold but maybe Nova/Sentinel Prime? Or failing that Thunderclash somehow?

The package definitely got handed off to them once it cleared customs last month, I know that much from the tracking info after @SJW helped me locate what carrier had it. Yet now they're suspiciously ignoring all that and just sent a standard "sorry we can't find it, get back to your retailer" message so they're totally passing the buck to Show Z Store

Yeah, the cab shape is almost old fashioned though, and those back wheels....makes you wonder why they didn't use ER Prime. Something MUST be afoot....

 

In all these years I don't think it's a coincidence that the first BBTS parcel DHL ever lost (with currently rare MOTU items in it) magically had a tracking number disappear once I started asking questions.

Yes, there are people in the world with far worse things to deal with but shitty service is shitty service and it's not on.

Show Z Store have in the past been helpful with spare parts requests so maybe they'll come to the rescue but it shouldn't really be on them to resolve it.
