Wow, those Ark ones really help give it that epic sense of scale! Some of the Rodders ones are excellent too - though not convinced I'll ever be able to apply any of these precisely enough! Every set of stickers I've put on looks great when I do it and a few days later look crazy misaligned to me!

Some second hand Scattershots on eBay for £15. There is a brand new one on there for £35. If you can get hold of Silverbolt more cheaply, cannibalise that for the spring loaded port part you are missing and put on your Scattershot.

I know there’s a few GTA fans in here - check out this guy, he’s spliced all the cut scenes to make GTA IV into a cinematic plot, decent as well!

I think the Ark is my new favourite Titan. Sorry Scorponok…

Needs some upgrades though, and maybe a sword? Don’t think a gun works here.

That should be a universal part across all the combiner torsos (just looked at my POTP Grimlock on the shelf to check)

if you have the original piece knocking around you should be able to just reinstall it by undoing the screws and reinstalling.

If you don’t have the original I would suggest a panel from something like Skylynx since I know he has the same shade of white (Silverbolt uses orange I believe)

I may have a spare part in the shed somewhere but I haven’t been in there properly in ages (still need to empty out the 3d printer resin tank)

Well, I gave them plenty of reference pictures and scans of the original sticker sheet, tried to apply a silver one inside the cockpit and they are almost impossible to apply nicely as even fine tweezers can’t position them that well

Just to be clear despite my aesthetic differences with some of the set's design choices, that was a genuine thank you for your contribution - not a snide sarky blaming of you for any "flaws" perceived.

My Zavvi order eventually arrived yesterday. Not sure I’d use them again unless I really had to!

Pretty annoying service! I placed an order on the Saturday morning and then a couple of hours later I realised the same item was cheaper at Smyths. I tried to cancel but was informed you can’t cancel now as it’s already at the fulfilment stage. Also their returns are not prepaid which is disturbing! It then spends almost 2 weeks not being dispatched which is odd. Seems there was ample opportunity to cancel! Plus their return label was wrong and had to be resent…

Long story short: I could have saved £20 with Smyths but it’s not worth hassle. Definitely check the competition before jumping on a sale item!!

Trying to emulate the dialogue of the G1 cartoon is actually pretty tricky. I guess it helps if you imagine every line being screamed down the microphone at high volume by the cast. Seriously, they were not subtle.

Also it helps to have this music in mind.

Anyway this week can get in the sea already. Not that it's been particularly bad so far but it's still only Tuesday, and I just can't be doing with it.

    CALENDAR UPDATE

As of Friday Calendar has been proofed and approved, so printing is going on RIGHT now! I should be picking them up later this week.

Having said that, 17 peeps have not paid yet (11 from TFW, 6 from Twitter) so currently I am still a few hundred short! If you haven't paid yet, I need the money!

    What did you order?

Thanks again all for the help :)
Apologies for sounding grumpy I just wondered if there was an alternative. This doesn't seem like a common problem to me also, so found it weird.

I've messaged the seller and not heard back in a few days, he doesn't seem like the type to be dodgy about this, but looking back Computron was posed on the photos so you couldn't see the combiner connector on that leg :(

I had a peruse on Shapeways and there’s nothing quite suitable I’ve seen yet, fillers, extenders, and the like bit but not an outright replacement
