So I think I might have figured out why the Porsche in RotB isn't Jazz and it's really dumb.
Apparently, Honda currently have a car called the Jazz and I can totally see whoever is providing the cars not wanting the perception of advertising a rival   and/or lawyers being antsy about potential lawsuit territory with Honda.

Also I just discovered Arky boy has what looks to be a 5mm port on the underside of the outer turrets on his wrists   I kind of wonder if this is a leftover of my suspicion that he was originally going to have at least some rotating turrets but Covid meant they had less design time before they had to send it to manufacturing? Maybe it's a vestige of a hole for it to spin around in?
I can't get to most the other guns to see if they have similar ports, though the ones on his collarbone area don't.

Also read an article talking with Warden where they specifically mention experience from Transformers when talking about a new Megazord and honestly it looks pretty good from the pic in the article too. They say it's 1/44 scale but I've no idea how that translates to real sizes. Mind you it also talks about some kind of figure interaction.

I got core soundwave too. Not sure if it's Ninjor's coolness influencing my opinion, but soundwave's a bit boring. He barely transforms, yet they couldn't afford to make his feet fold in properly?

So I recently moved house and this is the first time in 40 years I’ve been able to have a display. Early days yet…

On a completely unrelated note: Netflix’s He-Man is awesome! I’m in the two part finale now and, things to note:
Some proper equality going on, with the characters all feeling like they’re on equal terms with each other. Except the bad guy minions, but they are all equally slaves.
    The lines are genuinely funny.
The animation is incredible, including the fight choreography.
But what the hell is going on with Beast Man’s transformation? Horrifying!
    Edit:
    PORTAL WINGS!!!

Don't blame you dude. I used to hate the show as it made me cringe too hard. But learned to love it.

I still expect for Blaster will be manning my lost light shelf, whole his kingdom buddy shuffles into the season 2 cast shelf.

One must try this burger. But I'll echo the board and say boneless banquet is my weapon of choice.

Hope you feel better dude and got some sleep last night.

Amazing!! Can't wait to see more dude.

I was a little disappointed by Soundwave too, but I think it's because he was so close to perfect and then they couldn't be arsed. And coupled with super tight joints or floppy ones

Ninjor though? A standout in an army of them.

    Love the display!

More people need to see that MOTU show. The final two episodes are fantastic, enjoy!

Yay, my Findus Crispy Bumblebee has arrived from IDT today and also Flame Toys DIY Rodimus from C&C - will put Roddy away for something to build over Christmas.

In other news, YotG Laser Optimus Prime is still alive (finally remembered to brake him out of his packaging to take the batteries out before they rot away) and he's also still super shiny. Apologies for the grainy pictures.

Sounds like it has been customised by you after emptying the contents of your bar!

All feeling good. Both boys have it but it has no affect on them other than they got time off school.

    I am feeling almost better.

Free time, I just heard about it, I thought if I mentioned it, you might have heard of it. I hear you might get some when you retire.

Great songs, great cartoon. Still holds up today.

There is a guy on you tube that plays them on his guitar, it is awesome.

    Yup, awesome cartoon.

    Loved all those growing up.

Haven't watched 80 days again but have watched the others again as an adult. Dogtanian is awesome, my boys are currently watching it now.

    Want to watch Ulysses again.

Mcog I thought was really poor and pretty boring. I remember the golden bird vehicle being in it way more, but it seems my memories were playing games on me.

And then there was the info clip after the cartoon where there was a chicken getting it's head chopped off, wtf!

Love those films, Jason is so good

Oh yes, and the skeleton warriors. My fave special effects ever!

Yeah, loved battle of the planets as a child, pretty mental when watching it as an adult. I remember it being better, ah well, the vehicles were pretty cool.

    Thanks @bcm77

Yup, I still remember the first time I saw it. Was amazed.

Just watched that the other week. Love a bit of eagles dare.

Love the Eagle has landed too or a bridge too far

    Looks awesome

Your best post ever, must happen!

Awesome, so many memories of climbing down my stairs head first as a child, it was fun.

Even my powers are limited in the face of sonner!

But little doucoo, I mean this really sick child needs your rare toy at a super low price.

This lil guy arrived today. There was a moment towards the end of the transformation into alt mode where everything clicks into place that definitely brought a smile to my face. Just adorable.

Mine has arrived today too, forgot to mention it in my last post, but then again I was still in bed at the time ^^' Hot had a chance to open him yet but looking forward to it :thumb

Ooh really cool display! Though it amuses me the little mini Bulkhead in with the rest of Team Prime :lol
Love the TARDIS sign on the wall. Wait, is your room a TARDIS?!
A TARDIS would be fantastic for a collector, INFINITE SPACE!

I think this was one of the first weekly cartoon series I remember watching as a nipper, this was before the big surge of TF, He-man etc.

Was very odd even as a child and i still have an odd memory of someone getting trapped in a giant flower that has stayed with me for over 40 years

    (How did he know?)

    Good to hear it dude.
Had to cancel plans yesterday and today as the wee one is sick and need another covid test. She's grand, runny nose. *sigh* was supposed to see ghostbusters today and all.

It's cute you think I'm.making retirement. I've planned to Thelma and Louise with you at an underdetermind time.

For you, I'd buy that story ;)

Kapow have most of the the Revelation figures in their sale at around Smyths prices if you're somehow struggling to get them there.

    SALES PITCH INCOMING!!!

Looking to get to get rid of a few bits and thought I'd make a start with these:

    T30 Jetfire - ON HOLD
    T30 Rhinox - SOLD
    TR Breakaway/Getaway - SOLD
TR Wierdwolf (canopy frame is broken but still holds). Sword/tail is Inc but just not pictured- SOLD
DOTM Guzzle (MOSC but card creased /bent across top of bubble) - £12

    IMG_20211120_132117.jpg

    IMG_20211120_134336.jpg

I also have this - OSKO Evasion Nemesis Prime from 'He-who-shall-not-be-spoken-of' aka Wei Jiang.
All boxed, as new and only transformed to alt mode once. Only fault I can find is that one of the gas tanks has been pinned a bit 'wonky' but it still transforms - £65

    IMG_20211120_134414.jpg

All prices Inc postage. Also open to offers.

    Any questions please ask.

    Thanks fellas :thumb

Kapow being a safer posting/packaging bet than Smyth's reliance on fecking Hermes makes this option a much better one. Hermes "lost" my cheapo Revelations bundle and it's taken 12 days for Smyth's to refund.

The fact that Kapow didn't even put up Wave 2 for pre-order and have "dumped" MMA and Beast Man straight into the Sale isn't a great sign for the Line's longevity in the UK. I'm snapping up what I can get pre-ordered at Toysarama and CollectableKingdoms while I still can.

Typical Mattel really, they finally got Origins to be a hit, and instead of repeating that successful formula for 6" collectors like me with the Masterverse, they fuck it up to the point they may have killed it within three Waves.

What a good job I still have Hasbro/Transformers to eat my wallet still.
