Lucky for me, aside from Baroness, none of the Cobra Island figures were on my 'to buy' list, I didnt have any of them as a kid so im not buying the Classified versions.

But Im pretty sure they will get re-released in with different paint apps, after all how often to Hasbro not reused molds and repaint stuff?

    Damn. Sorry mate.

That is the type of thing that damages my calm most heinously. My wife's old doctor surgery never answered the phone - 70 calls before pickup was the norm. Anytime I was ever in there picking up prescriptions or taking her to appointments - half the time the admin staff would be chatting away while the phone rang on.

They are both great figures. If only one or the other existed I'd be a happy Grimlock fan. But MP Grimmy wins the prize for me with it's more toy-centric leanings and lazer rod features :p

    Awesome shot.
I'm holding fire on this guy for now, but he does look so good.

Addendum: Turns out VERY easy, if one just opens the cab/chest front, half swing out the cab head, and use and appropriate spudger of sensitive material (I used your common or garden kids PVA spatula) to prise it out. A Doddle!

Hmm, do we know if the Kapow Galvatrons have wonky or correct shoulders?

If you read the description of the item then it’s random, but most likely the lower arrangement.

    @MyTea Boc,
The initial wait was for around half an hour, then I spoke to someone briefly before being put on hold for a further 10 minutes or so whilst they faffed around finding my records. Total time speaking to a human being, roughly 2 minutes

With how things are I realise that all doctors surgeries are being stretched to the limit so I didn't get shitty with the person I spoke to, I just got irritated by the repetition of the pre-recorded phone messages and the music which I think was an instrumental version of "I Know A Song That'll Get On Your Nerves".

My NHS would have alternative music options for such things as well as a further audio track consisting of cute animal noises to help people stay calm during the wait :D

On the brighter side, it is chippy tea day and I'm in the mood for gravy :)

With tomorrow being another Champions League debacle in the making I may also need gravy then as well....actually I wouldn't mind it injected into my bloodstream 'cos I think it'd have a better effect than all the medication :D

Also trying to find somewhere that sells those Jaffa Cake doughnuts as they sound awesome!

Having had one with the “wrong” shoulders for a while, turning them around pretty effortlessly solves the issue. Or you could pride them apart and fix them with the various guides. Yeah there’s a pin, but there’s figures with worse shoulder issues as part of the intended design….

Also Galvatron crossed with Wallace and Gromit as “The Wrong Shoulders” is the IDW crossover we truly deserve…

I think that's quite a rare toy, from my understanding this final wave never got a release in the US.

For those following the Sonner Toys theme, my pre-order for The Ark was queried on the 7th, marked as dispatch by Royal Mail on the 8th, replied to on the 11th, I followed up on the 14th (noting the 48hr delivery was now at 6 days and says awaiting receipt at RM), replied too on the 15th to say the RM note was in error and it was actually going via DPD, and has arrived today on the 19th.

The highlight is... I have my Ark!! :D

For others awaiting the Ark, the outer box is came in was twice the size of the Hasbro titan box. There's no hiding it in a green bin!

Yep. There are some figures in the line I've never seen.

Interesting. Whenever I go to the Smyths site I have to enter Capcha codes because it thinks my PC is infected with malware from too many attempts to reach the site (it isn't and I've only been there the once that day).

Do it. I own the original and it's epic, though the leg fuel tanks don't like to stay in place and it suffers a bit with cosmic rust like the MP-5 Megatron feet. Hopefully that's all fixed on the new version.

That's one I never saw - Baroness. She's now available as a pack in with the bike thing, but while they've released Roadblock three times, the hard to find figures haven't been re-released or repainted yet.

I was lucky with the Kapow sale but this could be bad. If I keep buying toys for myself I'm going to have to get a job.

i remember when SS Devastator arrived and they claimed it was delivered to the door, I emailed back with if you can explain how you got it through the letterbox I’d love to know…. They dropped it off somewhere else and had to retrieve it since I wasn’t at home. Glad you got it and hope you enjoy it!
