Huh. I always thought 'evil soap'.

I'm a little offput by how quickly my mind spotted the familiar position of Scourge. That weird crouch stance is clearly engraved onto my lobes.

Since I ordered two Waspinators but don't get on with the alt, does anybody want the unopened one for £18 delivered? Could lump a Netflix Bumblebee in at £45 then too, if you wish :)

Huh, not even the 'We're expecting it' message?

I love the underlighting in these. Any chance we could get a look at whatever the setup you're using for lighting these please? :)

Be careful or you'll forget what that thing you ordered was called. Ring something? Rang? Rong?

5 seconds later Arcee beats the crap out of him :D

Huh, you make a good argument! I think the thing that makes me think Iron is the intake/turbine thing coming up from the main body like a handle.

TBH it's entirely possible either inspired it. One of the bits of advice that often comes up in advice I've read for designing spaceships and things is inspiration can come from anywhere, and not always things that at first glance seem related to the subject matter.
Come to think of it I remember coming across an artist who did paintings of spaceships and space stations and stuff based on everyday objects but I can't remember his name now...

NGL, I expected Dara O'Briain or Brian Blessed.

Oh fuck. Thought he was due in December now. I think I need a wallet transplant! :S

More Trapper Wolf stock? I know where I'll be at 6pm then.

Rebecca ferret is in slightly bad books because she did a toilet in the kitchen. Took literal seconds to clean up and a couple of squirts of pet friendly disinfectant prevented any stink but Mum was whinging about it for the next half an hour

Going to watch the next episode of Gone Fishing later which appears to be a Christmas one.

If you could hold it until Wednesday, I'd be happy to take Waspinator off your hands!

The other thing with Scourge is that there's some evidence that his alt mode was designed to be a land based vehicle and the cartoon decided to make him a spaceship just cos.

    So who knows, really?

Not sure how widespread this is, but I spotted and grabbed a Galvatron with the correct shoulders from Linwood Smyths just now. The other one in there still had the wonky shoulders.

Those feet figures are gonna have to be made of really strong stuff to take the weight of 6 figures ontop of them and not crumble.

At least MMC made it optional. You could have the standard five, or you could have a sixth to bulk out the back a bit too. Adding Carnivac as a mould reuse for Rampage makes sense.

I'd heard he was meant to originally be a hovercraft. As in one of those ones that scoot across land and sea at ground level. Which does mean his shape makes sense.

Cheapest option is the double-detolf homebrew. Two units joined together with the middle glass panels removed, some people cut the wood top and bottom to make sure they connect closer to eliminate dust issues.

I had an ikea detof(?) one and it was great for a lot of stuff but it'd be far too narrow for these guys unless you want those primes two to a shelf.

Yes definitely Camay gone wrong, if he wasn't a villain in Transformers he would work well as an adversary for Captain Underpants.

Trapper Wolf secured. Would have liked a 2nd because a friend wants one but there was a 1 per customer limit.

    @CZ Hazard,
Is that a Storm Collectibles beat 'em up lad?

The quality of the effect pieces suggests so, not a line I collect but I love what they've done with some of the Mortal Kombat characters.

The one Storm figure I have ( 1st version of Jushin Liger) is fantastic and I have a friend who's said their Lobo is decent. Still waiting for more news on the Gatchaman license, specifically whether there'll be a full team or not.

SG Optimus and Ratchet turned up today.

Went in on them because I'm really enjoying the SG line, and I'll be honest I wasn't expecting much - but DAMN that Optimus pops in hand ! Photos really don't do him justice !

Oh had my PulseCon BW Ravage sent out today that was cool. Tracking number isn't active yet but I'll guess Thursday. It's being sent Yodel so it could be a day early or 2 days late and next door going by past efforts.

Those Junkions look cool has anyone ever made the female junkion from the movie?
