All done. Despite some issues with the silver I'm quite pleased how he turned out in the end.

Bit stiff this morning. (Ooh er) been playing some 6 a side over 35s but been way too long and way too much weight since I was anywhere near fit, and I think I finally hit ‘rock bottom’ in terms of letting myself go… mate of mine (who completed the Great North Run last weekend) encouraged me and yesterday evening I got off my arse to do 5k! (Ran 3k, walked 2)

Very rewarding and certainly released some endorphins, feel like a better person this morning, planning to do it twice a week and drop at least a stone by Christmas.

Also great win for the Villa yesterday, inspired by the player with the same name as my dog :)

Hope you all have a pleasant Sunday!!

Happy Delta Magnus Day UK peeps!

Regrettably, I no longer own DM but here is an old pic of mine before last years MP purge.

Anyone still after a 60 quid er skylynx, dinobotislandtoys have some in stock. Rather money goes to a local small business than that game/hof mob.

Ha thanks, they are really nice figures and at least they are much more reasonably priced than the 'Action' or '3K' figures. Requires a bit of construction and if you're up for it painting but well worth it.

I did a couple, the other super stylized Prime & the IDW Megatron. But I found them a bit skinny to go with Chug stuff. The Prime looks a bit chunkier though

Looks fantastic :)  Aaaand once again making me wish there was someone making CHUG scaled IDW Transforming figures :cry  (I know this guy is, I assume, a non transforming figure)

Edit: Someone needs to make undersized KOs of MMC and/or any other guys who are making IDW figs at MP scale... or upsized versions of some of the Legend scale figs!

Anyone else consistently misread this toy's name as "Ace Hitler", perhaps due to overdoing Red Dwarf back in the day, and picturing a metallic-attired heroic Hitler jumping between universes and undoing the wrongs of his other selves?

    No?

Ah. Should've kept my mouth shut. As you were :)

I did read it as Ace Hitler, not so much the rest of it. I only saw a bit of Red Dwarf as a kid when it was on TV... I must admit I keep meaning to see if I can find somewhere to watch it as I think it's the sort of silliness I'd enjoy greatly these days :D

Heh I recently almost went down the MMC IDW rabbit hole (thanks @nice sideburns), it's an expensive one so I reversed out of the hole and decided I'd just stick to the FlameToys model kits. I'm happy with non-transforming in the case of these characters as they so rarely did transform in the comic.

How did you go about painting the eyes? I can’t stand seeing Warpath with the dead eyes when all his friends have beautifully vibrant eyes
