There's not really a set date with respect to when you stop getting it.. as soon as you stop being a child. It's a subjective cultural thing as opposed to a hard and fast rule.

Oh, and I agree with you re: Lakeith Stanfield. So good in Atlanta!

After Tales From The Loop's melancholy I decided to watch something cheerful.. so I am rewatching Game of Thrones which I think should be renamed to "Bad thing happen to good people, to bad people, pretty much to everyone.". The idea was the watch until the end of the 5th season but I have a feeling I'm going to watch it all. It's so well written, well acted and well shot in the earlier seasons. You end up watching it just for the hope of a redemption arc but it piles on the misery.. and when the redemption finally comes there is such a marked tonal shift in the quality of writing and story that it doesn't feel satisfying, like the redemption exists in a different universe to the absolute soul destruction that preceded it.

That's awesome that you still have the figure. I'm glad that you persevered through what must have been a dark and difficult period.

That must have been difficult going through that at that age. Again, I am glad you got through it. :)

Big thanks to robotmel for selling me his dyed junkion customs, half the work was done for me.

Nearly there with paint. Still waiting on finding out which maiden Japan heads I can definitely get before I do the shapeway's order for the heads

That's why I'm avoiding the leg kit - I bought the other two plus the Toyhax labels :D

My favourite WWE game was Smackdown:Shut Your Mouth.

After that it seemed to quickly decline into an annual routine of very little changes other than rosters or graphical tweaks with stuff constantly being removed and I haven't played any of their games since probably 2017 when Fire Pro World first came out for PC.

Watched a YouTube video that had clips of recent Charlie Cox interviews where he danced around the subject of whether he's in the next Spidey movie or not....I don't know why journalists don't just ask Tom Holland as he blurts stuff out at regular intervals :D

Its not hard to knock em down, it's getting them to stay down that's the trick.

I'm that happy I've ordered another ko groove which means I'll be making 7 junkions to go with the 3 official to make all 9 that appeared in the movie.... I'm a bit obsessed (admittedly 4 are just new chest plates and heads but still)

Taking the Molotow pens to Slug whilst I catch up with new Wu-Tang and Doom Patrol.
Still reckon I’ll buy another one so I can have a toy deco and toonish one too :D

My thinking on upgrade kits is, if it makes a figure look more awesome to me then it’s worth it :D

Dammit I crumbled, decided i didnt want to leave it to fate on whether i got the real or KO Amazing Yamaguchi Psylocke...means no Galvatron but he should be easily available for a few more months.

Now to wait for the review to see if its worth buying the upcoming Mafex Psylocke and Knightfall Batman figures

Anyone looking for PotP Grimlock to be permanently displayed in Dino alt mode?
I have an original Hasbro version minus both the robot head and the combiner head, so alt mode is the only option really! :p

Just got word my blu ray of "Evil of the Daleks" has shipped so should be here tomorrow :)

I've been making my way through Uncharted remastered and am around 55% through so far. I keep playing in short bursts and stopping when I get annoyed with the haphazard aiming and collision detection which is often :D

Robots =Have only got TE Scorponok on pre-order and still no update on the 2nd run.

I will have to wait a bit before I can get anything else after paying for MAFEX Magneto, the deposit for the 1:6 figure of Mickey from "Snatch" and the invoice on WWE Ultimate Edition Stone Cold Steve Austin and Ric Flair.

Ringside Collectibles have got their first samples of their Exclusive ECW Cactus Jack figure and have put a short review up. Easily the best Mick Foley likeness Mattel have done so far,

Is anyone else hoping this Marvel Legends 'Infinity Saga' sub line continues to give us figures the main line missed out on? Personally I would love to see a Mk4 and Mk6 War Machine figure and a Endgame Black Widow that isnt in a hard to find 2 pack or Asia exclusive.

Also wouldnt mind them expanding the Fox movie line, would love X-suited Wolverine to battle with the Mystique and a Psylocke from AoA...Olivia Munn is pretty hot in that film

I’ve bought my fair share of Toyhax labels and those ER Scorpy ones were at least £30. Fair play to you buying that set.

All the kits and those labels for Scorpy are fantastic. I thought I would settle on the leg extension and the orange gun set.

I’ve still got one more upgrade set (hands/body cannons) to get for TR Fort Max as well as his sword.

@Ottertron - totally agree with you on upgrade kits and labels. I’m conscious I’m spending a lot not just on figures but all the ancillary stuff to go with them. So my concern is more financial.
