I want my Trypticon which is at my cousin’s in Miami after winning a US eBay auction last year. Got it for 103.60 USD which included domestic shipping. Just got to get him over here which the Mrs won’t be pleased about when/if we go visit.

That is a great life experience, thanks for sharing (well maybe not so great because you didn’t get Fort Max but it’s a great story)! I’m sure that it was cheaper in Pakistan than it would have been in the UK. The only time I saw him on sale here was in Hamleys when the G2 comic first came out.

With Eidi money when does that stop? Is it at a certain age. We have something similar in Chinese culture especially on Chinese New Year (red pockets/hong bao) which generally is stopped given by elders to the youngers when the youngers are married. Also when you are married you are expected to give. However it’s also generational so you can give to the younger generation when you are not married or if they are just generally younger. Moral of the above is don’t get married and stay young lol.

That sucks that shitstorm caused by Torys caused all that grief for your family. You are right it’s not always hard work that pays off but smart work. Those in power only make what works to benefit themselves.

I know of at least a dozen collectors who feel the need to buy every single thing released with a Transformers logo on it who will be very relieved it failed. Collecting can be a strange compulsion.

 

Fangry became a lot more Wilder after a little paint (I love yellow ochre, it succeeds where other yellow and gold paints fail)

 

All good here, from what I could tell Villa defended really well and deserved the lead despite missing chances of their own then United made the mistake of not letting Ronaldo take the penalty to save a point at the end although Bruno Fernandes is usually reliable.

United made a massive error in the transfer market by spending £75 million on Jadon Sancho instead of a Declan Rice style central midfielder and their soft centre will be exposed time and time again....no other decent side would have Fred or McTominay as squad players let alone regular starters and after an unexpectedly good start Pogba is back to doing very little but hopefully he'll be gone on a free next summer.

Hoping the injuries to Shaw and Maguire aren't serious because without them the defence is basically De Gea in goal and Varane at centre back. They have 2 exceptional goalscorers in Ronaldo and Cavani and Mason Greenwood is already a better finisher than Rashford or Martial but if the other players can't get the ball to them it's always going to be a struggle especially with Ole in charge.
