Slightly stressful morning, but I'm currently full of diazepam & feeling chill. My robots are allegedly supposed to arrive by 13.51 today, but the Royal Mail tracking thing also thinks that they're still in Peterborough, so god knows. One of these things must be wrong! Scourge is due tomorrow too, so it's a bumper SS86 week, assuming they actually get here...

Commiserations, Bud. Hide your wallet at three drinks in!
I treasure the Tech Specs and Box Front hero pics I managed to salvage by cutting out, Mum was a "You don't need all those boxes" in my youth.

Tbh I don't like to worry too much about making money on tfs. For me is purely a hobby so losing money is par for the course. I really hate storing stuff away so I'd make a shit retailer. Either it's played with or it's for sale.

Your wife's employers sound a bit uncompassionate. Sorry to hear you guys are having to balance so much.

I liked some figures/kits from RK and the shipping price was rather off putting the last time I looked.

I have the Scorponok leg extension kit on PO with Omegalock. Been locked in for months. Hopefully will be arriving soon. I keep looking at the weapon kit for Scorpy. AliE has it up for £45 and with tax brings it up to mid £50s. Keep putting it off.

I would have replied earlier but missed your morning post.

Dispatch notice from C&C for Slug and Wreck-Gar tres exciting.

No movement on Gnaw from Sonner... Or Rodimus. Or any of the rest of the preorders (some mcfarlane 40k marines and motu stuff) with them apart from Buzz Saw Hordak who arrived unexpectedly a while back.

Currently trawling through Ikea to see what is a) in stock b) fits and c) isn't too expensive for filling up a wall with shelves of some sort. Currently tossing up between 8 Besta or hacking together 6 bathroom cabinet units with some morliden doors. Besta is probably better but would cost more than double.

I do thoroughly hate buying things just for function... Blow ££££ on plastic bots or a couple of synths and it's fine. A shelf? Cables? I'll curse and spit at the world.

Unfortunately not. She’s only ever gotten official toys I believe, and they weren’t fantastic.

I’d love to see Planet X take her design on, it’s lush.

Yes please planet x. I feel like it's not the craziest design to get working. I think it would be very swoop esque with the legs turning into fast packs/boosters

The flat is a bit of a mess right now, expensive damp work has the bedroom out of commission so we've been falling over crap and sleeping in the front room for the last two weeks. However last night the other half was out so I got to sit down with this guy and make some progress...

Loads of fun, I have Prime and Megatron also and this one might be the most intuitive.

I really like the look of this toy, but I have only ever seen it at TFN a few years back when I couldn't justify the expense. I really like it for not having the traditional skinny-waist, big-tidy, massive-kibble-backpack design female bots often end up with.

TBH, I'd be surprised if they got that far. I'd expect them to get about as far as Brian Li Sung. I'd happily sacrifice the sci-fi stuff to get decent goes on Hunter, Christine and Brian's arcs, despite my fervent desire to see Eppy Thatcher.

Those Dr Wu figures seem to scale best of all the available options, annoyingly.

Ahh balls. Mutual or not, it's always a major bummer.

Forbidden Planet has Minimates but I don't know how well they sell these days tbh. I've never been a fan. My feelings about them are on par with most other people's feelings about Funko Pops.

My boss just got my hopes up about how much I'll be earning this month. I was told the cut-off point for the month is the 10th of the previous month and I started here on the 23rd of last month, so I assumed I'd only get from Sept 10th til Sept 24 - payday is the 24th of the month - this month and then get the 23-09th tacked onto my next pay, but he seems to think I'll get the full whack. Emailed payroll to double check but that would certainly be nice as I have a plethora of robits to pick up! Cross all of your appendages for me :D

My wife always laughs at that trailer. She's all,"Robots in disguise?"

My reply: He's just taking the attention off the other Autobots. :D
