I really hope MMC do their own version of the character but if Stellarus Prominon didn’t do as well as they hoped it would do and the QC leg issue would have done harm (no proper base as well), they may not go forward with other characters linked to Star Convoy.

I guess there are similar considerations to be made like with Haslab VSaber and JG1 characters. MMC may feel this area is too risky for them.

Maybe those in the group more versed with MMC products can comment on this?

I don’t think Star Convoy struggled to sell, it was just the leg issues that turned people off. It’s also a very simple toy for its size from what I’ve heard, as smaller figures have done more in terms of features than this guy. I wouldn’t worry about them not continuing the line though.

I know Victory characters have mostly appeared in the comics, but MMC tend to do what they want to do. I really want them to do Armada characters, or even just Unicron Trilogy. They make good sword wielding bots like their Drift/Deadlock so more of that would be welcome.

    Give me a Bludgeon MMC.

    They look awesome!
The Groot is from the TRU exclusive 5 pack. I got him split from the pack on eBay, I don't believe that it saw a release over here. He has the red trim, rather than the white which came on the more obtainable two pack release.

I do miss the old Marvel Universe figures, I've always preferred 3.75 to 6 inch scale figures.

Wrong shoulders, but when I bought the G2 megs cannon I was given a free set of fillers for this gentleman.

And here it is, ready to drown.

"The Thing" was one of my pal Rick's favourite movies and along with "The Fog" he'd been urging me to give them try for some time and I finally did a few months back....they're both great!

So glad we were able to have those conversations as I know it meant a lot to him to share those favourites.

I really like the 2008 Guardians costumes and was pleased they finally did a nod with Rocket's costume for Avengers Endgame.

Best guess maybe you weren't on TFW so much when the set first dropped? Heck, I think the initial variant of it was some folks doing it with the Siege version, it's been doing the rounds for a while. You're almost exceptionally "lucky" to have missed it until now, quick get a Lottery Ticket!

Found a source for Mr. Color White Pearl (as my other local doesn't do such exotic colours), and it is also a...

Thought it might be a bit of an arse to get to after choosing collection, and Google-mapping but it turns out there's a simple route that includes part of a formerly regular journey, I just didn't have the right orientation of where it was in relation to the town centre in my head!

Sadly there don't seem to be any local options for getting one's mitts on Mr. Crystal Color Pearlescents, anybody used the "RCJaz" website for paints - the far cheaper price than another UK listing I found seems a bit sus?

EDIT: Ah, the ".co.uk" is misleading, they're a Hong Kong-based retailer!

Hmm, not a bad bargain from ebay...was looking for an original trenchcoat for my vintage Endor Han Solo, and I had seen a few on ebay for £10-20, which wasnt too bad, then i saw a figure with coat at a starting bid of £9 (plus £3 p&P), i decided to send a cheeky offer of £6 and he accepted.

I can probably make the money back by selling the figure on again as all i needed was the coat

    EDIT:
Bah, still jealous of you guys and that Bargain Max bargain

Cheers! I can’t deny 6” figures are better looking, but 3.75” are much easier (and less scary) to customise.

I generally stay away from upgrade kits but I need that in my life! (And the wheels and the red hands for Ratchet….) Hopefully it will become available again soon.

I know it’s a forbidden custom technique but I was feeling brave and carefully took a red sharpie to Siege Ratchets hands and it did the trick.

Probably true, I didn’t venture much further than the front page for about 10 years.

Edit: I watched a programme about mental health on the iplayer last night (truth about….). They reckon it’s considerably better for your mental health to actively post rather than just consuming. I’m feeling the benefit already!
