Hmmm.... someone get me out of this DC hole! Discovered Mezco did a 6 inch gadot wonder woman that has a fantastic likeness and sword and shield, and they did a reeve superman that also looks spot on. But the WW is 80 quid and the superman was an exclusive with a big fortress styled display base that is on kapow for 160. And there's no conroy batman in 6 inch that I could find.

The neca superman was ko but the likeness is terrible which defeats the point of it. I think I'll have to settle for the macfarlane ww and superman, and if they ever do put out a reeve superman one day, replace him. And since there is a macfarlane arkham asylum bats, get him to have the trinity in the same range and then the arkham collection can keep their batman front and centre.

I thank you for going on this wild ride with me.

Also, cloudflare error while in the middle of typing. That was annoying.

I am DEEPLY unchuffed that I couldn't afford to get Scorponok when he was around first time and then stupidly believed that we would get a rerelease when the rest of Europe did. By the time I can afford to drop £200-odd on one figure it will probably have gone up again to more like £300. :(

Mine all went within a couple of hours but I'm supposed to have another delivery next month which will be double the number I had last time. Whether I get them or not is another thing.

Nothing like that on mine. I just needed to confirm payment, nothing about a delay at all.

Cant fault my boss, lovely lady, although I have broken her by supplying her Playmobil and now her and her family are almost as bad on the plastic crack hook as us poor lot.

    "Give us your legs"?
"Fack off, you can give me your bloody wings you wide-faced Dora-esque freak"!

In other cheap seat news, the difference a spare Construct-a-bots Optimus head being put on a 3 quid KO OS Optimus is frankly terrifying, pic to follow...probably.

Tickled me. Wife asked what I was laughing at and she thought it funny as well when I showed her.

It will be interesting to note if the kids of today with their PS5 /Xbox and PCs will have such memories like we have done to BBC Micros /Spectrum/Commodore 64 (Vic 20 / plus4) and the early consoles such as the Atari when they are in their adult years. Like you I also went the emulator route.

My son turned 8 last week. He got a couple of Switch games and I tried hard to influence him to get this one:

    F1FD54EB-62D4-4A57-92B1-42EC884C7F5D.png 15A2FC8D-4676-4E6F-84FB-0950B4077619.png

I might have to buy it and when he is in bed at night, put some time in playing his Switch working my way through all those games.

Thanks for replying. It was to help out @FlyingKato .

Thanks. I was quite happy with how some of these photos came out. Some of my better ones. Still very mediocre compared to the pro-photographers in the group.

The back pack on Scorpy is quite weighty so yeah it was fun getting him into that position without toppling backwards. It worked out ok.

Haha that sketch with Windblade. Had me laughing. Looking forward to the Frankenstein construction when you post it.

If only I can convert my wife to joining me with the plastic crack addiction.

It;'s only a matter of time before she's looking to take Unicron with her instead of a teddy at bedtime.

I have that collection, great fun, though you realise there's a lot of games on it you never would have completed back then never mind now!

You don't get to be Hordak by not being Hordak :D
    ...

I have a Deadpool with a shield too, perfect for fourth wall shenanigans...

Given what HasTak have charged for reissues in recent years, you'd probably be better off just buying one from ebay.

Finally unboxed today's deskbot. He was both a "buffer box" to stop me buying other stuff and a box I really liked, but really happy to have him out. That headsculpt has me mega excited for Rung!

So awesome. Also love the use of MP10 (V?) against the ER mold, love subtle differences like that!

Find a battered old G1 Scorp for thirty quid instead, loads of fun to be had!

I have tried to PM you before to buy items but it just says you've permanently left the conversation.
