I used to think the same, back when Kapow was still selling Transformers.

Finally got an ER Screamer although given who he arrived with he probably won't be around long.

You mean when they pretty much only did transformers? I've spent significant money with Andy, Matt and the team at Kapow on TFs and other genres since they started.

I've only had the occasional issue but it's always been sorted quickly.

Their TF range is still great.

They have had a few hiccups recently relying too much on hasbro uk supplying which has led me to order from others like toysarama, ID Toys and comicsandcocktails a lot more.

Think it's cheaper on Amazon JP.

Haven't ordered from Amazon JP for a while but my TFs have always arrived well packaged and super quick. Usually next day or day after as they ship through their own DHL international channel on the overnight express.

Tamiya TS-89 for netflix if you want a gloss/semi gloss lacquer finish or PS-4 for flat matt but with the PS paint you need a flat clear coat too.

Tamiya TS-89 Pearl Blue (Red Bull Blue) Acrylic Spray 85089

Hand painting then this tamiya lp-45. The tamiya lacquer paints range haven't been in the uk long but they are phenomenal.

    Tamiya LP-45 Racing Blue Lacquer Paint - 10ml 82145

Ohhhh and Toysarama have shipped my kingdom rodimus

I did the head swap on the Bret Hart figure and it went perfectly and have been listening to a podcast in a degree of peace as for a change I have no background noise to deal with.

I just gave the ferrets their tea and Oreo's no less enthusiastic at attacking food even with his mobility being compromised which is a decent sign. There's been a nice breeze here today as well which is good for humans and furries alike.

I'll make a point of telling Dad seperately about the vet appointment instead of when they first get back home as that way I can bypass Mum and minimise her reaction.

I went to checkout, just to see what the total was and the vat got added, which put the us one up to 80 quid. The japan one is 72 quid shipping before vat. So it looks like both of those sets get bunked too high for my tastes regardless. I aint paying commander prices for it. Who does it think it is, Rodimus?

Inconclusive at present, I need to get some extruded polystyrene from wickes at the weekend (the stuff I made my diorama from).

I tested it on some EVA foam (the kind of foam cosplayers use, which looks like the stuff you're using) and it's not great. Starts off well but cools and slows very quickly and the two halves just stick back together.

I'll let you know how the polystyrene goes.

Mixed bag from Hasbro Pulse today. They are leaning into "What If" quite heavily with a cartoon aesthetic on most of the figs.

Really need the Sylvie, Captain Carter (WI) and the Hydra Stomper (WI) - tempted by Zombie Cap (WI) and Tigra - not really fussed about Dr Strange (WI), Spidey (WI), T'Challa (WI), Nebula (WI) or Binary.

    ...

Of the Legends reveals I've seen so far it's maybe 1 or 2 Hand ninjas (army builders their hole, they sell out in no time!) and possibly Captain Carter in a sale. The What If stuff all looks good but I just don't need it. The trailer didn't rock my world either.
