The alternative Kingdom Megatron head mystery deepens, Tyrannocon has a completely new head sculpt, so why did T-Wrecks get the regular head with silver 'lipstick' instead of that grinning head?

 

I WANT TYRANNOCON. Seriously, her headsculpt is beautiful. Between her and the 2-pack Grimlock Hasbro is killing it in terms of dino-formers new heads.

The Jazware 3.75in Fortnite line has multiple helmeted figures but were all males sadly. Also, they are a tad too big for RID Arcee's bike mode, at least the males are (I don't have any female figures yet so not sure about that).

Nice to see Luke Shaw get an assist even though the BBC credited it to Grealish because he's been anointed the latest "saviour" of the national side by the media and Maguire appears to have recovered from his injury well.

Switched the TV off at the final whistle as the BBC were into full cringe mode and acting like that the result makes the whole tournament a formality from this point. I think Italy, Belgium & Spain will have something to say about that and Denmark and Switzerland would be good outside bets as well.

 

JP 93 looks a lot like maxcon Armada Red Alert to me.

I have my doubts (and, to be honest, hopes), JP seems possibly quite a Tall Deluxe in comparison to Rexy but it's hard to say for sure as the only shot of them together looks like it could possibly be two separate photos 'shopped together as well as him being in the foreground in a rather dynamic pose to Rexy's more static mode. If he is at least a smidge bigger than the TB/Hoist SUV bod that'd be too massive for Skids for me, so I have my fings crossed it is someone like Red Alert if he is getting a re-use, gimme a proper City Nipper Car Mode Skids who's taller in robot mode, please, Hasbro!
JP's top half looks to me like a hybridisation of SS86 Jazz's engineering (the section of bonnet on the clear canopy back pack. & the shoulder/wheel transformation joint) with hints of the Datbros (door wings). I wouldn't write off Skids yet though, if Hasbro do that occasional curveball thing, and homage his Binaltech/Alternators car mode.

 

The colours on both are glorious!

Only for my misgivings on that Rex mold I'd buy that set in a heartbeat.

Added Bugbite and Exhaust to my Mercenaries shelf. Couldn't resist opening Bugbite tonight and he is fantastic. Perfect paint applications too.

Having watched WfC Earthrise on Netflix again the last couple of evenings, I was surprised how much screentime Bugbite got.
