    Cheers!

I'm thinking SG is where we see the WFC Shockwave mold again, that only got used twice for goodness sake. Twice!

Yeah, with Luna Park getting theirs you couldn't rule out KOs and factory seconds from the batch, NECA stuff like that used to be a frequent occurrence.

I’m just really hopeful for a new 2D Metroid. Prime is all well and good but chronologically there hasn’t been a story set after Fusion which came out just under 20 years ago

"Luckily", I was able to go through the fantastically convoluted process of getting my best mates airline pilot husband to check Walgreens while on a US layover and pick me one up when Siege Ratchet came out, so I managed the miracle of getting one for the US RRP.

Tempting as a second one is, I won't be taking a punt on this mysterious Ratchet hoarder, but I thought I'd share with the group as he's still such a rare figure in the wild and other may be braver than I am.

Jammy bastid. My wife ended up sneakily buying it for me for like £60 (the scamp). Fully appreciated it, but I remember her being a bit shocked when she saw it was only a deluxe for that price.

It is a shame it never got a full uk release. While I love the Earthrise version, Siege has oodles of charm.

Although @Apollux says Ratchet fans should keep them peeled for something coming down the line. Colour me interested.

Sharticon sized dose of antacid required soon

Yup, sign me up for a new 2D Metroid too. I haven't played all the games but have thoroughly enjoyed the ones I have. Super Metroid still reigns supreme, followed by Prime.

I'm not actually a collector but thank you for the offer. I've seen a some scans of the box art of a few COPS VHS UK releases. I remember seeing the Action Force/ Transformers/ COPS advertised back in the day as well.
I believe the cartoon was also shown in ITV but I'm not sure for how long.

Cops was on ITV weekdays during the school summer holidays from memory, me and my mates used to laugh at their names in the intro and Big Boss shouting 'Nrrr, see?' and 'SQUEAKY!' lol.

Transforming Sheikah Guardian, you heard it here first :D

Massively jealous! So annoyed I missed the boat on her, really hope she gets another run :(  my femcons need some reinforcements!
Heh, maybe she can be fanatically loyal to Megaempress? :D

Neat. How big is he? Relative to like, Blackout from yesterday say?

Could be fun. I couldn't tell you why but I love the idea of SG Shockwave being bright yellow. And have five eyes. Or three. Basically not just more than one but more than the normal amount :lol

I've never really played the original 2D Metroids but I loved the 2.5D remake of Metroid II they did a few years back and would love another game in that engine.

For me it's getting vibrant comic book type colours on our TFs, like one of my favourite Shockwaves is the super bright Cyberverse look.

More than meets the eyes?

Got right to the end of that one and couldn't beat Ridley!! Personally, I love my 2D Metroids done in the 16bit style, with bright garish colours. Don't get me wrong, great game but I felt it was a bit drab visually.

    Ninja'ed mid-composition but I'm remembering along @Siege Fan's.
IIRC C.O.P.S. was one of those cartoons in rotation during the ITV Summer Holidays Mid-to-Late Morning/Noon blocks that were on when "This Morning" and/or it's predecessor was on Summer Break, I'm not aware of it ever getting put in "Prime" Weekend Wide Awake Club/Wacaday or Saturday Mid-Mornings shows (Number 73, and onwards, weirdly realising I am of the age to have caught the tail end of Tiswas but I have zero memories of it, I think I was a Swap Shop kid because that's where Battle Of The Planets went after being dropped from weekday afternoons, and when Swap Shop dropped it too I explored & defected to ITV?). Weirder, short-run failed kids toons were often used as filler for that slot back then, I assume the rights were dirt cheap.

    Yeah, Ridley was very tough!
And don't get me wrong, I'm fine with pixel games too, I'd be fine with either :D
Been playing Celeste recently in fact, great fun. Thanks for encouraging me to play it @Large

Huh, ok, turns out yellow for SG Shockwave is actually somewhat canon - though so is a red version - I honestly didn't know that when I've been thinking of yellow Shockave :lol

HT Kuiil is now pre-ordered so just got the Grogu set with the Loth cat to go and I'll have all I want secured from series 1 & 2 of The Mandalorian unless they make,

    Cobb Vanth
Offworld Jawa 2-pack ( 1 Elder and 1 regular with The Egg )
Luke Skywalker ( Face sculpt would have to be really good though as their OT sculpts weren't great. )

    @motorthing & @Ottertron,
Hope everything's OK with you guys and that you'll be posting again soon!

I can't find it now, but I remember watching a clip on YouTube which tallies with exactly what you're saying, that COPS was broadcast in that slot during holidays. The footage seemed to be from as late at 1992/3 though.
