Anxiously awaiting said Supercop myself..really hope that the first week of February Kapow have is a realistic release date. Ended up getting Megatron while they had him, hopefully the handsome bastard will show up in the next hour or so.

Looks like it'll have to be the full team, at least from SirToys.

Unless @robotmel can direct you to some singles sales from AliBaba or elsewhere?

Know those £1 Easter eggs appearing everywhere already? They're a fucksight smaller this year, this is a 3.75" figure...

Here you go! You sort of did me a favour, because yanking him out and seeing how dusty he was spurred some much needed cleaning and reorganising of the Giant Display Plinth Of Doom. PXL_20210121_154216370.jpg

That ratchet is indeed a transform misalignment. The sides seperate and fold up to form the shoulders with the centre of the bonnet rotating 180 to do the head reveal and the headlight part remaining static to stay the correct orientation for robot mode. . The studio series ratchet pulls the same trick.

    1:14 mark.

Although the headlight part looks a bit wonky too. That should be straight as it doesnt spin on the dotm version, only the ss version, so maybe something is a little fudged with it.

Ooh, good choice! It does show that a Leader class TM with a helmet would be okay but the regular lads, like the spare Skytread faceplate my Hosehead got modded from would be that smidge too pinheaded - as well as that bod looming just a bit too much over his TR/SS Deluxe-bodded "wavemates"!
That is the very review I checked out to get further gen on the figure but I also noticed that the grill and headlights on Balt's didn't look to swivel or wiggle at all in the fashion that the front of that listed one is askew, and in fact it looked rather solidly static there to me. That's why I'm asking direct experiencers of the figure for their learnings from the actual toy itself

Star Wars Fan First Friday next week, hopefully a TF one coming soon. These will have to be an hour long if they're to replace Toy Fair.

(I think these might actually be the worst Transformers comics ever?)

Quick question about our new VAT regime. Am I right in recalling someone saying that eBay has that stuff covered?

Seems I didn't quite get my edit in in time. The headlight piece doesn't swivel on the dotm figure (I did have it so can confirm the headlights don't move), it's a static piece and the one on the pic does look a little crooked so I would say yeah, something might be a little skew iff on it. The studio series ratchet swivels the headlights as well, but the dotm deluxe, they are fixed in place.

@Seeaich can't find my Ratchet right now, i'll post pics of it when i find it. should note that my particular copy had a relatively rigid waist-swivel-thingie, IIRC. but its been at least 5 years since i last saw it so take that as a grain of salt.

Bit of a head scratcher. I haven’t heard anything in this for a while either, and the prices inc postage from Japan just seem way too inflated for a single deluxe.

The urge is always there though.
