CALENDAR UPDATE

Hmm. Preorders aee done and I have dropped the final number (50) which is all the orders and couple spare... just in case. This means after the dust has settled I'll (assuming nothing goes wrong) have 2 (I think?) extra for anyone that missed the order window (if you did miss it... why?)

 

Anyway took them in for a test print and that crazy banding between blacks which was a real issue but eliminated from the 2017 calendar has reared it's nasty head again. It's probably down to a change in the workflow (this time the files are PDF's) which may have exported as RGB instead of CMYK.

Also, I'll have to lighten a few pics (mine is actually the worst culprit) and just a few tweaks to make the print as good as possible.

Thanks to everyone who's paid already, I have enough to cover the print but need the rest so postage will be covered! At least, that's what the (Excel 2000... good enough for Serco!) spreadsheet says.

I gotta admit, what with discovering Archery this past year (I only did my beginners course on Sept-Oct 2019 and joined the club last November!) I worried about my connection to the TF fandom waning. But doing the calendar has brought me right back in, and seeing the same familiar names (and news ones) on the order sheet has properly rekindled my enthusiasm.

Put it this way, I hope our 'esteemed' Govt. does manage to actually distribute the Covid vaccine successfully so we can all attend TFN 2021, because there's a lot of names on my list I want to catch up with.

 

I hope you wanting to catch up with people has no connecting to your new found love of archery? That could be concerning!

Yikes, made my first order with id toys on the 13th of November with notification of postage on the 23rd only to now be told candidly that my order was processed but not posted.

This along with it taking 30+ days to get er bluestreak posted to my correct address after back and forths with kapow towers must just be my rotten luck. Probably won't use id after this.

Bot mode is where he's staying and I'm cancelling my safety order with BBTS. Bloody annoying because so far I have each of that mold in bot and alt because I really like alt.

That windscreen just looks like shite compared to the rest of it! They could have kept the white bits, all they had to do was darken the windscreen like every other version.

 

I fear the first was too subtle. Behold!
