    They're heeeeeere...

    20201026_123043.jpg

..and if you missed out, y'know what I wouldn't worry. The retail Quint has by far the better deco and fairly sure I've read rumours the Bailiff is getting a standard release in Kingdom. Beautiful set overall though.

The official video for AC/DC's 'Shot In The Dark' has arrived

Old enough to be your grandfather and still bloody brilliant.

Seen a few images today and that deco is growing on me...

The black helps hide the apparent godawful tolerances in that mould... We're having almost zero luck with cars this year and it's just Hasbro being uncaring twats as usual.

NERD ALERT! Identity confirmed: everyone in the thread obviously

They did well with those callsigns! Those names are very 70s. What are the other two in your top 3 shows?

The President has been annoying me, she keeps referring to herself as an authority but was never even elected. Episode 4 BAM! Questions asked about the democratic nature of her premiership. I wasn't expecting that, as space ship shows generally tend towards military fetish. Now I'm slightly worried the show can't keep this up for 5 seasons. But @Brooticus's earlier comment makes me think it will. Also, I'm wondering if (possible imaginary?) Six's clothing changes mean anything. What a time to be alive! You know, besides hasbro distribution & the virus.

It's a pleasant surprise for sure, I could only be happier if they hadn't needlessly cancelled my first order for it but such is the Amazon experience.

Also a retro style wave with,

    Mando
    Cara Dune
    The Child
    Kuill
    Greef Karga
    Moff Gideon

Somewhat annoyed the first figure of Kuill is done in that style because I refuse to pay modern prices for 1970's action figure detail & articulation.

Biker Scout with Speeder Bike & the Child now revealed too.

Wheeljack’s the best one so far, and Hoist just doesn’t count, because he’s a truck. (And ‘cus he looks like an extra from Bob the Builder.) The Datsun mold is ok, but my Smokescreen barely stands up thanks to the now-loose knees. However, I’ve seen plenty in this thread alone to indicate that mine isn’t even the worst of it. Oh, and Sunstreaker looks like a lump of melted cheese with a square bit of tinfoil on top.

as it stands, Wave 3 for me might just be Trailbreaker because he still looks fantastic. Runamuck looks like “five-page thread on how to avoid scratching the paint.”

    Not surprised.

Anyone remember Galactica 1980? I’m not putting spoilers on a Forty year old TV show, but there were human form Cylons in that. Also the Milky Bar Kid advised against contact with Earth due to Looney Tunes (seriously, I’m not making that up), flying motorcycles, deadly microwave ovens, and a downer ending make it quite an odd show.

So even Amazon UK don't know what to be at with the boxes (you know me, I ordered two). Pics incoming...

Ordered one in the 3 seconds it was up on Amazon again, and I had a £7 gift voucher so it came out to less that £34 so that was a bonus. Now to see if I actually get it.

@Siege Fan, how many layers would you recommend? Also, the Auto-alliance is looking pretty sweet!

Oh, if that annoys you about the president, then you certainly want to keep watching. Trust me, it keeps the quality of such things for the run. Also, Zarak is the guy played by Richard Hatch. I'll display my Nerd Card on the fridge with the best of them! :D

My other shows in top 3 are deep space 9 and beast wars.

So You as far as toys go you got Transformers, Star Wars & Masters of the Universe, what year is this 1985?

Seriously though those new poseable MOTU figures are very appealing. if only I was 30 years younger and would actually play with them.

@Q Prime Just one usually works, depends on the quality of the paint or plastic you're applying it to.

So long as you get it round any (paint) edges properly to seal it in.

Think I did that, most of it got completely covered since it was a whole conversion.

Was thinking they have released the set with the stuff Baby YOda should have come with to start with.

But it's just the crib and not new arms for holding bown etc.

Also I can do without Mando's face.
