I wouldn’t touch them with a barge pole.

Not on companies house as a limited company given the UK contact/address details.

No mention of GDPR and what happens to client/customer data.

From a quick look over the TOS they have some apparent US connection under Section 19 Governing Law which I wouldn’t have too much faith in given grammatical errors and cut/paste with different fonts etc... within the site. Proper hatchet job.

Such cheap prices clearly are too good to be true and for that I think we all know something isn’t right.

Wait, what? TR Triggerhappy is one of the most lauded figures to come out of Transformers in the last few years. I know opinions differ from person to person, but I think this is the first time I've ever seen someone have this feeling towards this figure. And worst ever is a pretty bold statement when there are figures that literally cannot be transformed because they explode into gold shards if you even look at them funny... :lol

I have the opposite problem, that peg on my Aragon is really loose and his torso and legs detach really easily :(

:)  Just a little joke... I'm firmly with the crowd on this one, he is one of the best figures made (so far).

From personal experience the specific type of Weaponizer is no guarantee of good QC tolerance. It's a total Lottery affair.
My Cog had great limb pegs but needed nail polish in the torso peg port, of my four Sixguns there was wild variation from "drop off when so much as looking at 'em" to a fantastically well gripping set of pins that now belong my remaining Metroplex minion still Sixshot, the next best pegging legs are on Sixbore, Sixiron's legs are okay (I believe they were originally the first Sixgun's that needed a bit of a lick of nail polish in the barrel ports), mainly down to the best hip pegs, and the loosest legs ended up on Hexbomb but the dyeing process tightened 'em up good & proper meaning they're technically the best pegging overall now but as they are no longer the stock colour they're disqualified from taking the top spot of "tightest Sixgun Legs". Also it was quite the musical chairs finding out which Sixgun missile/gun barrels were the best tolerance and didn't spin like tops in weapon mode!
I love 'em but it seems like it doesn't take much in material variance to throw off the tolerances of 'em.
From what I've handled it seems only Brunt and his derivative Zetar haven't had any major loose bits in any of my copies.

Bah...opened my Figma D.Va and the shoulder is seized, resulting in the arm snapping off under minimal pressue...and to make things worse HLJ are closed over the weekend so they wont even see my email until Monday.

Has anyone had issues with a HLJ order? Do they do require the item sent back for refunds? Do they cover customs charges on replacements?

HLJ T&Cs below. I don’t think they will cover the import vat/customs charges/admin fees but will reimburse on postage /shipping costs. Under the heading 7. Returns, I’ve not screenshot that part, it says your refund request must be received within 10 days of delivery to be considered:

Hmm, hopefully they will not require me to sent it back under current world circumstances and the fact that i am 'high risk' and in self isolation

Well that is a question you can ask but their T&Cs seem pretty clear that you will be required to return the item. Hopefully they may show flexibility given the pandemic.

I’ve been fortunate that my purchases from HLJ went well avoiding the misfortune you have experienced.

I would guess they do not send out replacement parts for repairs as I hadn’t seen any info on their site to suggest they do but somebody else might be able to clarify if they do.
