Verdict is in. Omega Supreme is my favourite Titan. And he's got one message for the losers.

Yup. He's truly impressive. But faaaarkin' hell, this is going to be a pain in the ass to properly shoot. Quick and dirty of big and beefy.

But then we all know where my heart of hearts lies! He's a decent runner up for me, though after Trypticon I have some hip qualms.

I was loving Omega right up until I got to his core/torso and legs base mode transformation and it seemed both knees come to a sudden definite stop at about 45°, I have since coaxed them around in what turned out to be a rather buttery bit of detenting but, BOY, was that a cardiac workout!
Rocket/Arms transformation demands attention as to what is going where but when you get it/'em all lined up right and massage the panels into place to reveal two feet of rocket it feels very much like one has pulled off a particularly clever magic trick.
Shame the tank is too chomky to choo-choo around his road but it certainly presents a formidable last line of defence! Slightly worrisome how much flex the vehicle compartment hatch takes to open IMO though, and the turret end of the tank is a bit bitty and not the most solidly locking, at least on my copy. Got lucky with decent detents on The Claw though
Overall though you won't find an Omega much more Supreme (at this Price Point you extravagant Ultima Guard, Terminus Giganticus, or Gabriel-havers!), and I look forward to festooning him with some base furnishings, though likely not quite so many as Max. I hope there's enough gap for a decent computer in his torso building!

BTW is a 5-piece 'splosion plus two extra tips the correct amount of FX parts?

Got a polite reply from Kapow that Delivery contact number is auto-generated upon ordering, so I've still no clue how the landline keeps getting put on 'em as my mobile is the only phone number on the account.
I had the brainwave that maybe it's coming in at the Paypal end as that kinda links up to my Kapow one, and, yes, my landline is listed on my Paypal account BUT so is my mobile, AND it is also set as my primary contact so this contact debacle remain a total WT Actual F situation! Whatta Gwan ahn? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Tightan, aren't they? I was thinking the same BUT bad Trypticon hips were a single point of fail moving them out of the box. And I broke the tail in one movement day one.

They sure are, and a bit moreso on my left hip than my right. I'm merely feeling the ol' Treguard "CAUTION TEAM!" re: messing about with 'em.

A hushed silence appears to have fallen across the UKTD tonight, as we embrace our new Titan overlord. Not me though, I'm making cottage pie.

I’ve been to Asda and now I’m making a delightful sausage stew to be served with conchiglie!

You’re not wrong about the size of this cunt being a nightmare for photies. How’s I going to get him in a fucking light box?

Cromar now up to buy on Kapow, chaps and chapettes.

Cheers. I considered Prime but he hogs the limelight enough. Ratchet.. great idea! Ah, Animated. How I miss thee.

Omega shipping notice! So Omega day is tomorrow for me hopefully.

Well that's all the Maketoys headmasters/targetmasters up on ebay along with FT Headmasters too. That should fund purchases for a while. Just not going to support these long term efforts of companies that may or may not payoff in 7 years with the full set released.

    Thanks guys!

The boob flaps can latch onto the tank to carry it like some cargo helicopter. Personally, i plug the tank in like robot mode and have the legs in the base mode orientation behind the jet, acting as large rocket engines for the combined alt mode. Not super elegant but it works. Didn't know he was originally designed as a bot. I really like this overlord firgure. Works on my masterforce shelf, especially with the powermaster upgrade kit. He covers the bases so well, i sold carnifex. And his base mode is a sweet little forward command base for titan masters and the little pretender dudes. Such a great, fun figure.

We were meant to have a pizza ordered in but turns out the takeaway has closed. And the other one has too many bad reviews, so pollock in sweet and sour sauce and mash potato it is. Enjoy your cottage pie! Sounds perfect for when nights are drawing in like this.

    I think we're in trouble!
    IMG_20191021_174926.jpg IMG_20191021_174916.jpg IMG_20191021_174938.jpg

Brunt is a bit awkward to get in weaponiser mode, but found some good places. He's got the main mortar, twin anti aircraft machine guns at the top of the ramp, a main cannon on one side and cranes by his space bridges. Works for me.
    IMG_20191021_181920.jpg IMG_20191021_181941.jpg IMG_20191021_182816.jpg IMG_20191021_182842.jpg IMG_20191021_182807.jpg

I think his hips and tail are safe. Though runamuck and runabout are confused by one of the ramps not folding down.

What? It's titan day. I'm not behind, you guys are just fast. :p

Yeah, but I've always found the connection to be very loose and it doesn't look all that great.

I always wanted to see something where he heads off in a hurry, and the jet half arrives first and has to wait ages for the tank to trundle up.

I won’t argue with that, think he’d look even better if he were wielding the matrix workshop battle axe. Strong WFC vibes lol.

I might just do it with my Omega when my Ratchet comes in, got him coming off of eBay from a Canadian seller for about $70 CAD shipped. Roughly £40 + £10 shipping for all you lazy buggers ;)

He has a second copy going if anyone is looking for him, won’t be hard to find.

Been entertaining the Sibling for tea as today is her birthday too!

You're in good company, @Insurgent, Many Happy retoins to you too!:bday

E's a biggun and no mistake - but it's the little flourishes that really put him over the top.
Like the double-rocker neck so he can look up or peer downward whilst looming, or the undocumented in the instructions (as far as I can tell) retracting rocket nose/arm gunbarrel which Omega himself was puzzling over during teatime...
    DSC_0054.JPG DSC_0055.JPG
I assume it's meant for a more G1 robot mode aesthetic, wonder what else they've forgotten to tell us?
