@CZ Hazard Sorry to hear of your relatives health issues.

You are absolutely right in what you say, the NHS has some amazing people working under some incredible constraints.

That was incredibly apparent to my wife and I when I fell ill over the summer. Wishing you and yours all the best.

@CZ Hazard, sounds awful. Wishing you and your loved ones the best.

Has anyone here picked up TF Galaxies #2? I've never really cared much for the Constructicons and Insecticons, but two issues in and I'm suddenly a fan.

Sounds rough CZ, hope your mother in law and your family find the system a bit more on your side as you go through it. Staff in the hospitals are indeed great, knowing a few personally and their commitment to wanting the best unreservedly for their patients. There just seems to be a gradually ebbing of front line efficiency both in staff volume and in organisation.

True story, I had a mature student (35-40ish) flirting with me in my first year of uni because she thought I was her age too. She overheard me talking about being at my school formal dance the year before, and she had the look of horror that spread across her face. [/QUOTE]
You looked hot and distinguished, clearly!

Man, what is it about steamrolled by work on Fridays? In the words of the T2 T-800, I need a vacation.

This lad's face says it all, really.

What an absolute creep Tea box is. He’s got his tongue so far up your Fundament, Bert, it’s cleaning your ribs. What a truly vile and evil world we live in where someone takes a small (50p and a chewit) bung and writes such a piece of glorified tripe. Go now you defilers and wash thyselves clean of such idolatry.

Barry has matured like an old stink bomb fastened away inside Bernard Manning’s filing cabinet.

Happy Birthday!! That is indeed a great haul.

Woke up early today, a little hungry and very restless. I have no idea why I feel so restless. Not agitated or anxious, just.... very restless. People at work suck hairy donkey balls, but that's nothing new. Hopefully it'll calm down as the day goes on.

Hope everyone has a great weekend.

    I sense some Generations discrimination.......

But clearly you are not racist towards Bayformers!

FYI for any UK chaps who are interested (were you looking out for these @robotmel?) Sirtoys has the "Skittles" recoloured 1:1 CW KOs of Bruticus and Superion. Plus some time "today" (in China time one surmises) Paul will be listing the downsized KO CW Devy in G2 yellow (@CZ Hazard, I think you were saying these might tempt you, Sid?).

It's more sinister than that. My tongue stretches out its tendrils into the nervous system and snakes its way into his brain. ;)

Sorry to hear about the in laws health condition @CZ Hazard - I hope things go as well as they can for you.

Been a nightmare couple of weeks, but finally said goodbye to the house in Birmingham last weekend for the last time. I’d be lying if I said I didn’t get emotional, 23 years of memories, that house had literally seen it all. Births, Deaths, a proposal and wedding, anniversaries, pets... toys! Yeah I blubbered a bit as I walked around before I locked the door for the last time.

It’s full steam ahead now trying to find a suitable property to properly put roots down in Yorkshire now, and subsequently get the collection back out and on track in the new year! Found a couple of old G1 gems last weekend and I’ll try and put some pics up soon.

I hope all of you fine chaps in here are well, have a great weekend all.

    Eh. Seen worse.

Huh. Might be worth a punt. The orange Air Raid looks fun. Just wish there was a more exciting colour for Streetwise there.

I stopped collecting Generations figures as I'm fine with the G1 versions of those characters, but yes I do love a bit of Bayformers

    Thanks. It certainly is

We are looking in West Yorkshire currently but I work in York regularly (its one of my sales areas) it’s a beautiful city. I love working there, it certainly beats Birmingham!

@CZ Hazard: sorry to hear about your mother-in-laws illness and the troubles you have had getting her seen.

@Brooticus: got issue 1 of galaxies in hand (not read) and 2 on order; with the awful weather I hope to read 1 later today.

    @Collectotron: happy birthday!

Got up early to watch the rugby and begin an all day drinking session only to have my plans scuppered by South Africa. On the day, SA were by far the better side, it has to be said...

Obviously I can't argue with this.

While that also might be quite true, Brian is -at the very least- sufficiently competent with the quote function.
Which not all of us can say, Boabie.
