If there were human they'd be dealing contraband at a mid nineties rave.
Has anyone got socks?
"10 shanixs for 3 tabs mate"
Had my Jetfire today, too, what a satisfying figure!
It's quite a thing to behold. The crown jewel of Siege thus far.
What... what's this strange feeling? Could it be? Am I excited about Star Wars again? The Mandalorian looks amazing!
They made the IG droid look interesting so I’m fully optimistic.
Plus he's voiced by Taika Waititi. Love that guy.
Well this morning has turned out to be a total c*nt.
Those that were unfortunate enough to have to talk to me at TFN will be aware of the saga of my daughters iPhone, a 3 hour round trip to not get it fixed and I missed the Furman panel. Not impressed.
Well this morning I’ve got up, my daughter was in the shower; so I went downstairs to put the kettle on. I wanted to get a wriggle in today as it’s my only day off this week.
There was water pouring through the fucking ceiling from the bathroom, into the kitchen.
Thankfully it was slap bang next the panel for the stop-cock.
There go the Wave5 Siege preorders I was going to place with @Red leader this weekend.
I'm lovin Herzog and his delivery "Boun-ty hun-ting is a complicated profession, don't you agree?"
Can't 'Like' this turn of events, structural house issues are indeed utter C*nts. I hope the remedy is quick and less expensive than it initially appears.
Wot's all this then? Well, as with all of B&M's fare, it's a disappointment, albeit not in the way I was expecting. As you can no doubt tell it's an oversized KO of Fall of Cybertron Blast Off. They also had Brawl, Onslaught and Swindle and while I couldn't see Vortex, it probably exists. Can't tell for sure if it's by the same people who did the oversized CW Protectorbots the other year, but somehow I doubt it, as pretty much every marker of quality is different.
Plastic quality is slightly higher; though it's still wibbly you can transform it without worrying that the pieces are all going to snap in your hands. There are fewer cases of joints being fused up (though in fairness I don't own a real FOC Blast Off to compare) and crucially the head still turns, which to me is always a good sign. That said the paintwork is petty terrible, with the orange, black and silver spray rarely staying within the lines, calling to mind worrying thoughts of overworked and underpaid sweat shop workers churning out a thousand of these shitheaps a day. And worst of all they didn't keep the hand holes at 5mm but instead upscaled them as well, so you don't even get a bunch of cool 5mm KO weapons to throw at more deserving figures. Plus the weapons he came with wobble around loosely in his stupid fists.
Oh, and best of all, while he's been given a suitably boring generic name, the instructions still call his arm mode 'Blast Off', because what do words even mean haha.
Yikes. Best of luck there mate.
Hasbro Transformers G1 Sandstorm - Classic (1990)
All the best
Well, consider me well in for whatever the Mandalorian has in store. Old Republic next please?
Liked out of empathy! That’s a fucker! Hope it’s not too much hassle to sort. I went through something similarly earlier in the year.
Fuck. Sorry to see that dude. Fingers crossed for a cheap fix.
I would shit myself with excitement if that happened
He really is, so much so that I'm a little sad that apparently the next Commander class isn't Sky Lynx but an "armoured car that hasn't had a 3P attempt" to Catz's knowledge.
What they've done to this yoga-loving robot stuck under a box of jet engines with albatross wings is truly incredible, something this goofy can't be this cool too? And yet he IS!?!
If the following Commander class figures hit this high watermark this here wallet is in Capital 'T' Trouble!
Even if it isn't Sky Lynx, heck, this kind of execution might see me punt the fee on characters I wasn't previously bothered about!
How are the legs? Every one I've had for years has bad knees which slide down on one side so he leans or collapses.
