If it helps, I only took home ONE SINGLE REFRAKTOR.

I'll wait for my Red Alert with the Springer I've preordered from Kapow. Maybe if I end up adoring Refraktor I'll pop back and get two more, but hopefully not...

DOTM Leader Optimus looked tons of fun, too, but stupidly out of scale with the DOTM Leader Hobo Megatron.

    Stay on the path!!!!!!!

    Don't pigeon-hole yourself,
with that attitude you are also over-qualified to work in any music shop, selected model shops (self-important bastards), and on any GP reception in the land!

I apologise that none are for me, and would sadly admit that I can no longer hear the name 'Thundercracker' without it being said like the 'it's a cracker' quote frequented by some olde-worlde comedian....don't even know why....

    Laters.

Happy to middle-man any Red Alerts or Refraktors for anyone, but presuming you've all preordered or can source elsewhere - I know FP online has some of them in stock, and Red Alert is also at StarActionFigures

Studio Series Scrapmetal found in UK

(after being delivered from amazon.com, $30 shipped is not too bad)

UPDATE: I think I understand why Hasbro UK didn't bother. Scrapmetal is a shit toy. Crappy robot mode, gappy alt mode, a separate piece is provided just to cover one of several massive gaps... It's really bad. It's a bit funny that so far Rampage has been the best of the SS Constructicons.

I've got the same KO's on the way. They look great.
Here's an example of scale that doesn't work...
    IMG_20190805_093522.jpg

Can I have first dibs on warden?

IMG_20190805_092918.jpg First dabble with Fanstoys. It's a beautiful figure. I overpaid a little, just because I bought it a couple of weeks ago and not at release. Transformation is tricky, but I think I expected worse after reading about it. Tabbing was a bastard. I think it's the best alt mode I've ever seen in a Transformer. Would love someone to tell me one better.

I wouldn't buy something just because it's Fanstoys, but I do think it's a great figure. Definitely need to up grade scourge and Galvatron now.

@tikgnat If it's just 3 Refraktors you're in the clear, it's anybody that has ordered the full "Wave" together including Brunt that's stuffed up.

One of the nice things about the site, and especially this thread, is that there is room for people who appreciate different things. G1, Beast Wars, G2, comics, spiky modern ones, movies, games, Hasbro, third party, big ones, little ones, even transformers that don't transform. It's great.
Keep on loving what you love.

Received my eBay refund, put it towards preordering the Tyrantron reissue on Kapow because I make sensible adult purchasing decisions.

Hahaha!!! He's faceplaneted into his kneecap!

Damn, at first scrolling on from your last pic, I thought Tailgate had become the gun at first. That Cyclonus is a very sexy figure. First time I'm seeing it beyond the straight on view. So sleek, So smooth. Like some fine classical Jazz.

Oh man, the Hilton breakfast is close to being the best thing about the weekend for me. Those waffle sticks!

    Excellent t shirt!

While this is generally true, we do have our moments when things can get tense between threadizens when talking about things in the real world, this happened to me a few years ago, but even when things do get tense we manage to sort it out like civilised (as civiliased as man-children can be) people or use the ignore button

I've only recently started buying third party figures, and the adage is pretty true in that you get what you pay for. He's heavy, he's posable, and he comes with lots of accessories. Both modes are incredible. It's like he stepped out of the Movie. It's very hard to buy the normal Hasbro lines after buying some of these figures, although they are always much less stressful to transform.
