I'm no economist, but maybe sticking close to Hasbro (as frustrating as it is) is the safest place to be in the event of a no-deal Brexit? If Hasbro imports in bulk for UK distribution then it might work out cheaper and easier than Kapow sourcing imports themselves? Again, I have no idea about world trade organisation rules, so I may be talking out of my arse.

We've been feeding one that lives under the radiator in the living room. She's getting fucking massive and appears to enjoy popping out to watch telly with our daughter.

I was under that impression too but with the Wave 4 orders also subject to Hasbro UK delays, hard to say when or if that's actually happening now.

It's frustrating for all involved and especially for the folk whose livelihood is based around the hobby. Shudder to think what kind of emails they're getting at Kapow HQ because of this. Again.

C'mon Hasbro, if retailers are buying your product to sell then deliver the product you're selling them. That.. that isn't hard.

Wasn't the issue that Hasbro UK weren't actually being allocated stock. They were getting the dregs and trying to find stock from other areas around the world (albeit not successfully), this is why Chromia never came.

Now they are actually going to be getting stock made for them. Obviously this is planned months/year in advance and is why Wave 3 is suffering from same issues

I just hope I get Brunt. I was tempted to ask Kapow for a refund and pay the £25 on Amazon if I don't get a more concrete answer than "We're sure we're getting stock" within the week, considering what happened with Chromia. But I think I'll stick with them until we get a solid answer.

According to Star Action figures Brunts not coming to the UK. Then TFS and some of the others still have him on pre order..

Amazon USA will have him though and I will be doing an order with them soon so can always tag a few figures for people on as it saves on postage and duty usually.

I suspect we will see him here though.

Edit as In Demand confirming Brunt is due September. Have to say ID Toys and Omegalock have performed much better this year on getting stock early, sourcing from other regions if needed and on offering accurate timings.

This works well for me scale wise. Ideally starscream would be same size as soundwave, but I'd have to buy all the seekers again and that ain't happening. I do like the idea of screamer being the runt of the command crew and maintains his position through skill. Also explains why he always has such a chip on his shoulder all the time.

Today's #gardenbot has got some new hands! And immediately he's using them to give one of his powermasters a stern telling off.

These are the articulated hands from Shockwave Labs, and they're a bit good. What's impressive is that they require absolutely no assembly whatsoever, just clipping into the original fist holes and closing up. On the other hand, this means there's nowhere for them to hide away in alt mode, which is a shame.

I also got the LED light-up matrix core set, but these are a bit less impressive, shining just too brightly straight ahead and failing to diffuse well enough within the plastic.

What I SHOULD have got was the articulated hands set for Rodimus Prime, but the lack of pictures and the obvious need to take the wrists apart put me off. Of course, since then I've got over my trepidation with regards to screwdrivers and now I just regret not buying them before.

Does anyone have a line on that Micromaster 10 pack we saw at SDCC? I know it’s turned up at retail in the US, but I’ve not seen it available for order anywhere import wise.

So my Red Alert is being held to ransom by a Springer that may or may not appear. Sigh.

As much as I want to support Kapow, if I see any wave 3 deluxes in Forbidden Planet next week, I might have to cancel my preorder.

Can hardly blame you, such is the temptation. Especially when total failure on Hasbro UK's part is a potential outcome.
The couple of folks I've seen ordering it outside of the US have both gone with Robotkingdom, Liam.

I was in the Disney Store yesterday and there was absolutely NO Star Wars section. I think a lot of stores only bother with it when there’s a film out.

Supermarkets got burned by the TLK movie merch - As did a lot of department stores and places like The Entertainer - and as there’s fundamentally no difference between the main and movie lines to the average retailer, why take a risk on stuff you think you’ll have to heavily reduce in order to shift it? Never mind that whenever TR or CW showed up in a supermarket it more or less sold out, thanks to collectors...

They don’t even have a Twitter account. In this day and age that should tell you all you need to know about their ‘clout’ and general worth in the corporate chain

Much love one and all. I've decided to get out of collecting TFs. I was never a prolific collector anyway, so it's not a big change in my life. I think I've priced reasonably, but am happy to take offers if you want more than one Robo.

Postage is £4 flat, but you can collect from KT3 area for Free

    Iron Factory Drift & Deadlock - £40
    Pocket Toys Shockwave - £12
Combiner Wars BlackJack + extra random guns - £10
Iron Factory Megatron (missing spare hip skirts) - £30
Iron Factory Shattered Glass Optimus Prime - £35
Fansproject TF Crossfire Superion - £45
Age of Extinction Grimlock - £3

Post it here, I love spiders. Worst part of living on the fifth floor now is that they don’t come here. Though the time I woke up to a fat Shelob of a house spider fondling my leg under the covers was a bit too much even for me. Do believe I did a Skywarp and teleported out of bed.
