That Prime Shockwave looks SO good it hurts. If only it wasn't as small as... a really small thing (insert penis joke here)

Yes, United Artfire! Maybe Takara have realised people would actually like to buy more obscure characters and not have them as overpriced exclusives. Stepper next, please!

Lets not jump to conclusions here, on either point.

I'm more excited by Kapow having Gia Guardian and kabaya Hot Spot in stock. Might have to get a set of each and another Hot Spot to give to my cousin for his wedding. Since Hot Spot was the first transformer I got and he gave me it, it just seems appropriate somehow.

Shame the Gia Guardian components are blind packed. If I get lucky and get 2 full ones I wonder if anyone would be interested...

I suppose it might be good trading fodder at AA...

In other news, Cybertron Leader Prime will probably be the one to donate legs to Overlord. Unless I manage to snag a junker one on the cheap anyway.

And tonight, I will be playing the role of grumpy old collector.....

Chance of a MP figure - even Sideswipe - retailing over her eat £30? Highly unlikely. I would guess £45-£50 is more likely... And, I don't think that he has a detailed interior at all.

And, where did you see about him holding three tapes? The sheer volume of unsubstantiated rumours surrounding this guy is mindblowing.

So that's the fourth version of this figure - Breakdown, Swerve, black Breakdown and now Cyrus Breakdown - all announced before even the first one goes on a shelf? Honestly, the number of repaints in general, and in Prime in particular, is beyond a joke. The entire line is surviving on repaints and minor retools.

And, then Takara (potentially) do this. This is going to royally hack off a lot of people who shelled out for the Million publishing version.

I am starting to avoid buying stuff, with Hasbro releases of Takara versions, half a dozen repaints of every figure, prices going up rapidly. It seems its impossible to pick something up and not regret it two months later.

All the crazy repaints and boring waves make me appreciate my Animated collection like you wouldn't believe. I loved that line. It had a few minor repaints, but it wasn't crazy as all hell like nowadays.

Haha the uk grumblers! I wasn't being an arse just observant and it seems the future releases aren't to a lot of people's tastes. I'm looking forward for some over others
